Cottesloe, Scarborough and the Sunset Coast Cottesloe is home to one of Western Australia s most iconic beachside venues, Indiana, formerly the Indiana Tea House. Rockingham, Mandurah and the Peel Region Just 40 minutes south of the CBD you will find Rockingham, home to one of Perth s hidden treasures, Shoalwater Islands Marine Park including Penguin Island, which offers a unique delegate experience or casual dining option. The Swan Valley On the edge of the Swan Valley lies the history-rich village of Guildford, one of the three towns established during the founding of the Swan River Colony in 1829.
