The @bc Spa company @bc Spa Management consulting company for the creation of Spas and wellness centres, was founded on May 2007 by Dr. Brigitte Caron. Managing Director. Expertise Brigitte Caron, a doctor in General Medicine specialised in Sport Medicine, joined CLUB MED in April 1992 as manager of the Fitness Service. She was in charge of creating operational standards and procedures of quality, safety, management, recruitment and training in France and abroad. As of 2000, within the Strategic Marketing Department, she developed the Club Med Spa concept and implemented its architectural standards, developing its services and specific treatment procedures, the Club Med cosmetic range, as well as training and management tools for required human resources. In over 25 Spas, she created thalassotherapy and wellness centres in France and abroad and managed over 60 throughout the world. In 2007, after so many years of experience in the international tourism and well-being sector, she decided to create her own companies: @bc Spa Management and then its daughter company: @bc Spa Gestion. Today, she is consultant for several cosmetic brands and international Spas, urban spas, hotel groups and an international beauty schools to develop training references for Spa trades.
