The Parador Kitchen The restaurant is located on the ground floor, between Hostería Don Gaspar de Portola and the main entrance to the Parador. It features a large stained glass window and huge windows offer fantastic views of the Bagerque Mountains and the incomparable presence of Mount Montardo, the emblematic peak of Naut Aran.
