Forestier: In the centre: General view of the villa Above: The Queen s Drive Underneath: On the Terrace A «small Versailles» on the French Riviera, the Villa Saint Georges was built in the second half of the 19th century by the famous Grasse Perfumer Léon CHIRIS, in the «Second Empire» style, and named after his son Georges. It is now registered as historic monument. Léon CHIRIS was the fourth generation of the great Chiris family, who created one of the most important and innovating Perfume Factory in Grasse. A precursor, he has developed the Company in France and abroad, and particularly in Morocco and Algeria. Inspired by the Northern Africa, the tower he added to the Château looks just like a Minaret, just a few years ahead before the «Oriental Style» fashion in France. The CHIRIS Dynasty represents 2 Centuries of the Perfume History in Grasse. Created in 1768 by Antoine Chiris, the Company has developed many Laboratories and a large range of techniques and perfumes until World War II. An example: in1920, in a Chiris Laboratory, Ernest Beau created the perfume which was to become CHANEL N 5! 5

You ll enjoy its inside and outside Meeting and Reception areas, available for all occasions, private or professional: the panoramic Terraces and the Garden overlooking the Nice hinterland, the large communicating Lounges, the Empire style Library, the marble Provence style Kitchen and its beautiful Veranda, the inner Pool, the petits Salons and the stunning marble Entry with revolving stairs. The beautiful light of the Riviera enters freely through the large French doors, giving to every room its magical ambiance. 8

They are perfect for Weddings, Cocktails and Gala Dinners, but also for Films and Photo Shootings. The adjoining Blue Salon may welcome a dance floor or an extra dining room for the younger ones. The large French doors give access to the beautiful panoramic terrace, a perfect spot for the Cocktail Party before Dinner. The view over Nice, Cannes, the Estérel and the Country of Grasse, is exceptional. Total area 97 m² - Capacity up to 130 persons (Cocktails); Dinners up to 100 persons (130 including the Blue Salon). Pure Empire style : Marquetry and beautiful parquet flooring with medallions, richly decorated high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, ornamented chimney: the Library has been restored with a very particular care. An exceptional historical setting for films and photographs, it may also be used as a Lounge or a relaxing area adjoining the inside pool: smoking room, degustation room, cocktail area, showroom... as you wish. It s also a prestigious working space: Management meeting room, subcommittee room, Press conference room, or even Jury meeting room for a Literary Award. The high French doors let the day light in and give access to the panoramic garden. The frescoes, the lovely stairs with their finely wrought bronze handrail, and the fully-equipped marble Bar add to the mise en scène worthy of an Italian Opera. Here reigns an atmosphere of refined and magical privacy, dedicated to prestigious Events, Cocktails, Lunches and Dinners. Total area 292 m² - capacity: 70 persons (Dinner), 120 persons (Cocktail), and up to 200 persons for Dinner with a transparent removable Plexiglas floor. The true Provencal Charm! The vast and fully equipped Provençal marble kitchen extends into a spectacular panoramic veranda with a rare and original glass and steel structure. It is a magnificent example of Provencal Baroque style. There you ll meet the hospitality, the gastronomy, the flavours and scents, and the History of Provence.
