There is a seating area by the window, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker. Newly remodeled bathroom. Rates & Specials are based on cash payment on arrival. Add 14 % sales and tourism tax. Daily rates are based on a three night minimum stay and summer specials apply to reservations made prior to May 1 and are subject to change without notice. Efficiency rooms are rented for a minimum of 5 nights for the month of July and August. There is a 3 night holiday rate. Rates and specials do not apply to groups, conventions and special events. Please call to confirm availability before mailing in your deposit. All rooms are non smoking. All violators will be subject to minimum of $100 cleaning charge, plus damages that may occur. Deposits & Cancellations - Deposits apply to the last day of your reservation. Misrepresentation, alterations and changes on arrival and departure dates will result in loss of deposit. No penalty for adding on extra days. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable. Personal checks are accepted as advance deposit and must be received 30 days prior to check in date.
