Characteristics Stainless Steel Cookware 18/10 material - 0,7mm thick in the body - 0,6mm thick in the lid. Heat-storage, triple layer base with aluminium layer 3.5-6mm thick and a magnetic capsule ( AISI 430 material) 3mm thick. Inwards bent bottom until a rate of 10/1000 for perfect application on any hob. Stainless steel handles, resistant to high temperatures. Black Bakelite handles, resistant up to 220 C high temperatures. Curved lids for better circulation of the heat inside the pot. Suitable for all types of Hobs: Electrical, Ceramic, Gas and Induction. Evergreen Aluminium material 3.2mm thick for the pans and 4.0mm for the pots. New ceramic coating, of German technology, without PTFE & PFOA or any heavy metals like cadmium, lead, chrome and mercury. Production chain occurs under 220 C, limiting the carbonation of the environment CO2. Advanced non-stick properties. High resistance to scratches, abrasion and high temperatures. Green enameled outer color and stainless steel handles. Suitable for all types of Hobs: Electrical, Ceramic, Gas and Induction. Ceratech Aluminium material 3.0mm thick. Bakelite soft touch handles.
