RESTAURANT Le Cateau Vert BARS Two bars: Le Ralph s & PoolBar Combining the charm of wood, stone and warm colours, the hotel s restaurant has a lively covered seating area overlooking a central courtyard pool. Le Cateau Vert can accommodate up to 220 guests and provides a relaxed setting to enjoy a delectable meal and impeccable service. Lunch 12.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m. A la Carte every evening Dress code: appropriate clothing required at meal times, casual and elegant at dinner; swimwear and pareos are not allowed in the restaurant. At dinner time, shorts are not accepted in the restaurant. The hotel has two poolside bars which are great places to hang out, unwind and sip a cocktail, drink. Both are open daily from 10a.m. until late evening. Drinks and a selection of snacks are also served at the Pool Bar every day between noon and 6p.m.
