The Training Program REFORMER Body Fly AERIAL MAT The Reformer Training Program is an intensive course giving you a full immersion into the Reformer beginner & intermediate repertoire in 6 intensive training days. The Wellness & The Food The Body Fly Level 1 Training provides you with the basic Principles and Fundamentals in order to successfully teach beginner & intermediate Students in your Studio. The Mat Training Program focuses on giving you a solid basis of the Principles and teaches you the Matwork beginner & Internediate Repertoire in 5 intesive training days.
