Only when we know about this beforehand we can provide you your meals in a proper way! Make sure you announce it to us! Just a remark: In Germany it is normal to only eat a warm meal once per day, normally for lunch. For the other meals we eat a lot of bread and sandwiches. What to bring with you: - Passport or ID-Card - Travel and Health Insurance papers - Comfortable clothes - Flip flops/ etc. for the shower - Your swimsuit if you want (there is a lake if it is not too cold for you) - Your cosmetics and other things for your everyday needs - personal prescribed medication - enough warm clothes for November in Germany - two pin plug extension for your electronic devices - Games and Music for the free time - Energy and Motivation! - Good mood :) What to prepare: During the training course you will have a chance to present your experiences with the prevention of right-wing extremism in your country. You also should be able to speak about right-wing extremism in your country. Please prepare also some information about your NGO as we want to include some elements where we want to establish new cooperations. On Monday evening we are planning to have a culture night where you have the chance to present your culture, city, region or country to the other participants. For this occasion, it would be nice if you could prepare something. 5
