United Premium Service (p.s.) Trans-Continental Service Fleet Reconfiguration April 2013
Summary United s Premium Service (p.s.) 757 fleet serves New York (JFK) to/from Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO). Reconfiguration will transform the fleet from 3-cabin to 2-cabin service, while introducing significant improvements in seating and entertainment options. During the transition, customers may experience a mix of aircraft configurations as aircraft are taken out of service for reconfiguration. The transition period will last through the end of 2013. United is taking significant steps during the transition to minimize customer impact.

Selling All p.s. Flights as 2-Cabin On / After June 6 To minimize impact of changes from 3-cabin to 2-cabin aircraft that might result in downgrades, United will begin selling all p.s. flights as 2- cabin aircraft. a Former United First seats in Rows 1-3 of non-reconfigured aircraft will be sold as United Business. Seats will be available for advance assignment for the following MileagePlus Premier members, confirmed in United Business: Global Services, Premier 1K, Premier Platinum, Premier Gold at any time after booking Premier Silver members at time of check-in
