OUR LOCATION The Academy has two campuses, both offering a safe yet sophisticated and diverse flying training environment - ideal for beginners right through to advanced pilots. Our Archerfield Airport campus is located in Brisbane, the capital city of the state of Queensland. The campus and training areas are situated under and around the Brisbane domestic and international airport controlled air space. In 2015 we opened a brand new campus at Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport (Australia s newest airport) in Toowoomba, a dynamic regional centre that services one of Australia s major energy, mining and agriculture regions. The flying environments at both our campuses provide a range of conditions suitable for beginners through to more advanced students. We enjoy consistently good weather conditions throughout the year and have direct access to a wide range of beautiful flight destinations such as the Gold Coast, Pacific Ocean, Tamborine Mountains, the Great Dividing Range and Australian countryside.
