010 011 Throughout their career, certifying staff need to refresh their competencies every two years Can be performed in your facilities upon request RECURRENT TRAINING NON-APPROVED COURSES Refresher of the aircraft systems, relevant technology, human factors, worldwide fleet in-service issues and associated consequences Review of aircraft documentation used to perform maintenance and troubleshooting A320 Maintenance Recurrent e-training Library This e-training Library allows Maintenance personnel to refresh themselves on any specific A/C topics covering Avionics, Airframe & Powerplant up to EASA level 3. Personnel can benefit from this e-training solution to learn at their pace, from any location. This training will be recorded as part of the mandatory refresher training for certifying staff and as a continuous support for all staff during operations. The modules have been designed to facilitate self-study via intensive use of videos and practical exercises for troubleshooting preparation.
