Conclusion: There have been more Accidents, with more fatalities in 1-13, compared to previous year. Most occurences happen during takeoff, in both years analysed. Accident and Incident Prevention program implementation should be enhanced to help decrease accidents and serious incidents. Improved notification has lead to a high occurrence recording in comparison to previous years. 1
