AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION Airport Orbit is the only specialized ground transportation service of its kind operating to/from the Pittsburgh International Airport and downtown Pittsburgh Amtrak and Greyhound Bus stations with a fleet of vehicles servicing all of Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Lawrence, Mercer, and Venango counties. OUR HISTORY Airport Orbit, Inc. is a family-owned business (formally Lenz Travel Airport Shuttle) that has been the premiere shared-ride provider of Western Pennsylvania in the transportation industry since 1983. Our philosophy was built, and continues to successfully regulate; upon professional, friendly, uncompromising quality; efficient, economical service; and reliable responsiveness with urgency to any problem that jeopardizes these standards. Rates & Zones: Costs of transport are based on one-way and round-trip and are determined by the number of passengers traveling and the zone to/from the location where transportation takes place. Please refer to the Zone and Rate Charts within this brochure for exact pricing. NOTE: Due to the economy s fluctuating fuel rates, fuel surcharges may be assessed to total cost - please call the office for current rates and information. Reservations: Airport Orbit reservation bookings should be made in advance (24 hours preferred) and are made on a first-come/first-serve basis, therefore advanced reservations are highly recommended especially during holidays/high travel times. Personal or Company Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards accepted. Travel particulars should be available when making a reservation which allows us to determine the best assigned take-down or pick-up time for flights, trains or buses based on availability, traffic and weather conditions, address location, and the required amount of time at the airport or station. Our reservations staff verbally confirms the time that one of our drivers will arrive and Round-Trip One-way All Day Everyday also sends a written reservation confirmation slip (via fax, e-mail, or post) prior to departure. It is the passenger s/client s responsibility to become familiar with our complete Terms and Conditions, indicated on each reservation confirmation slip for complete knowledge and referral. Reservations can only be made with a booking agent during office/booking hours: weekdays from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time (some days may be closed during holidays). The Airport Orbit Reservations Team is pleased to keep client s information on permanent file upon request. Permanent files maintain maps, directions, telephone contact information, personal preferences, payment information and details for readily available reference on future bookings. Baggage: When booking, it is the client s responsibility to indicate to the booking agent the exact number of bags they will have for transport (checked and carry-on luggage). Excess baggage will be charged $3 per bag if space permits (payable in cash only, to driver). Takes to the Airport / Downtown: For transportation originating from the HOME/OFFICE/DORMITORY/ OR OTHER LOCATION, the passenger/client is responsible for being at the designated pick-up address at the designated pick-up time as set forth in the reservation confirmation slip. Airport Pick-ups: For transportation originating FROM THE AIRPORT, after client has retrieved any checked luggage, client is to proceed to and meet the Airport Orbit driver at Ground Transportation in the landside terminal on the lower level by the car rental company counters, (near the baggage claim area). Client should have a seat in any of the chairs by the Car Rental Counters (i.e. by the HERTZ Car Rental Counter, etc.). The driver will hold a sign with the client s name on it. Amtrak / Greyhound Downtown Pick-ups: For transportation originating FROM THE DOWNTOWN AMTRAK train or GREYHOUND bus stations, client is to meet the Airport Orbit driver outside the station by the main/front door entrance. We ve been using AIRPORT ORBIT for years. It s the only way to go. Their drivers come to our house, load our luggage, drive safely and drop us off on time... and when we get back, there they are - even if it is really late at night. Plus, we don t have to worry about our car and we don t have to drive! We just relax and go. I found out about AIRPORT ORBIT from my secretary a few years ago. They are so convenient because I can get work done on the way to the airport, be dropped off right at the curb and go. I haven t driven myself to the airport since I started using AIRPORT ORBIT...and their drivers are wonderful! Thank goodness for AIRPORT ORBIT. With my family, I have enough to worry about... packing up all the kids, getting the house ready for us to be away... too many things on my mind. So, whenever we go on vacation or anywhere, I call (AIRPORT ORBIT) with my flights and they handle it. (The reservationists) have me on file, arrange the details, arrive on time, bring the booster seats... they take care of everything. I don t have a car and my parents always want me to fly home from college for the holidays...so I always use AIRPORT ORBIT to get back and forth from the airport. The ladies in the office are always so nice and it just takes one quick call to set things up. Their drivers are really sweet too, they always make me feel safe. My eyes are not what they used to be and I don t drive long distances anymore, but I still like to get out once in a while and take some trips. Thanks to AIRPORT ORBIT I can always get to the train station. It s nice to have them and they are always on time too.
POINT-2-POINT TRANSFERS / CAR SERVICE Airport Orbit s SPROCKET POINT-2-POINT TRANSFERS service for private and corporate needs features transfers within half hour minimum time frames (no maximum time). Transfers may originate from any point in Pennsylvania and be destined to any point in Pennsylvania (with or without multiple stops en-route). Some restrictions may apply. Rates: $60 per Hour / $30 per Half Hour and a 15% Driver Gratuity. All time rates require a one half hour increment minimum. Fractions of the half hour are rounded to the next halfhour. All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made. All rates are billed from the time when the vehicle leaves the Airport Orbit office parking facility area until the time the vehicle returns to the office parking facility area. Airport Orbit Inc. s office is located in Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania, downtown proper. All tolls, parking fees and other out-of-pocket expenses shall be added as an additional charge. Additional time requested is subject to availability. Additional time requested is added to the original reservation at $60 per Hour and $30 per Half Hour plus any surcharges and a 15% Driver Gratuity. Excess Baggage requested is subject to space availability. Assistance with excess baggage accesses a $5 charge per 50 pounds of average sized luggage. It is the client s responsibility to indicate to the booking agent the exact number of bags they will have for transport (checked and carry-on luggage). Reservations: All reservations must be made by telephone, in person, via e-mail or via fax. Regular Booking Hours are Weekdays 9AM to 5PM E.S.T. (client should inquire about holiday booking hours). Reservations must be made in advance of providing service. It is the passenger s/client s responsibility to become familiar with our complete Terms and Conditions, indicated on each reservation slip for complete knowledge and referral. Split-hours reservations must be arranged in advance and are available only on trips within a 25 mile radius of Airport Orbit s office parking area and only if there is at least a three hour delay from the time the client is dropped off until the client is picked up at the same location. Billing and Payment: Transfers are billed by adding Time Rates (the number of hours reserved) with Other Applicable Charges (if any) together and then adding a 15% Driver Gratuity to that amount. Other applicable charges are subject to audit after the completion of the transfer and any assessments will be billed additionally and separately to the credit card on file. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express). Credit cards are required to make any reservation. Drivers do not carry cash due to safety concerns. A bunch of us wanted to go clubbing in downtown Pittsburgh but no one wanted to be the designated driver! So we called SPROCKET! The driver took us to three different clubs we had an awesome time. On the way back to campus some of us were a bit tired from dancing all night, but he made sure we all got home safely. It s a great service! I had a very important meeting with a new potential client and my car wouldn t start! I couldn t believe it, of all the days! So I called around and found out about SPROCKET POINT-2-POINT TRANSFERS. What a life saver! They were able to come and get me with very little notice, and... I got the sale! Maybe it was because I showed up with a driver! Uncle Joe helped pay for the reception and Aunt Mary made my wedding dress... so we wanted to do something special for them. You should have seen their faces when the SPROCKET LeSabre came down the driveway they were like Who s this for? The driver was great... he opened their doors for them and fussed over them and everything! It was a fantastic surprise! I was in town for just three days of nonstop meetings. I just wanted to get out of a suit and hit a few balls... but I was stranded at the hotel.
