Conveniently located in the Parkside Ballroom, the exhibition area will be the hub for networking face to face with our intensivists away from day to day distractions. All catering breaks, including the Friday night Welcome Function will be held in the exhibition area. All sponsorship and exhibition requests must be received on an official application form. 2. 25% deposit of total sponsorship / exhibition cost is due when submitting the application. The final amount is due by April 1st 2017, unless previously organised with the College. 3. Each exhibition booth will receive 2 complimentary staff exhibition registrations as part of their entitlements. Staff changes must be made prior to April 1st 2017. 4. The acceptance of the application sponsorship / exhibition booth at the ASM 2017 will be effective upon written acceptance from CICM. 5. Sponsorship & exhibition applications received will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. 6. Should the nominated booth not be available, CICM will endeavour to provide the exhibition space as close to their selected location. 7. The exhibitor must comply with all terms outlined in the Exhibition Manual, which will be received by exhibitors no more than 1 month prior to the event. 8. The organiser is permitted to change the floor plan of the exhibition if necessary. 9. In the event that the sponsor/exhibitor cancels their participation at the ASM, the organising committee reserves the right to retain all monies until such time the space has been resold. 10. Company branding in the ASM e-marketing and brochures is determined by your confirmation as a sponsor prior to print deadlines. All exhibition booths must be manned by organisation representatives, during all breaks and the Welcome Function. 14. Custom design stands must be approved by the CICM Conference Organiser, Expo NET and the ICCS prior to build. 15. Organisation representatives are required to be registered as an exhibitor for the ASM. 16. Additional company representatives (in excess of two per booth) will be required to register and pay the additional exhibitor catering fee. 17. All exhibitors/sponsors must abide by the regulations of the ICCS.
