3rd Euro-Mini-Jam Be our guest! We are excited to invite you to the 3rd Euro-Mini- Jam which will take place in Monaco. The following pages have been put together by the Guides and Scouts of Monaco in order to provide you with the most relevant information and to help you to start planning for the Euro-Mini-Jam.
Who can participate? Participating countries Channel Islands Cyprus Faroe Islands Gibraltar Greenland Isle of Man Iceland Liechtenstein Luxembourg Malta Monaco Montenegro San Marino Age groups The camp is for young guides and scouts aged between 12 15 years. Must hold a Basic swimming qualification. Numbers per country Each of the participating countries can register up to 2 patrols of 6 to 8 participants each. The Euro Mini Jam is open to (IST) International Service Team participants from each country. Each participating country can register up to 4 adults: 2 Patrol Leaders and 2 Management Team members.
When does the Euro-Mini-Jam start? The Euro-Mini-Jam will take place between Sunday 24th of July and Friday 29th of July. Arrival on Saturday 23rd of July Juy (supplement e of 30 ) on Sunday 24th of July before 5 pm Departure on Saturday 30th of July
Where will the camp take place? The 3rd Euro-Mini-Jam will be held in the Princesse Antoinette Park 54 bis, boulevard du Jardin Exotique in Monaco. The park is situated in the heart of the Principality of Monaco about 1kilometer from the french boarder. Italy is about 30 kilometers Italy is about 30 kilometers away.
The camp theme will be Water The theme of the Euro-Mini-Jam 2016 in the Principality of Monaco is axed around the water. It will be: Urban a camp in the heart of a town and the discover y of the Principality of Monaco Alpine with white water rafting and a 24 hour hike. Marine having fun with sailing, canoeing and snorkeling. Don t miss this jamboree and «Take the plunge!» «Jetez vous à l eau!»

How much does the Euro-Mini-Jam cost? Euros per participant Channel Islands: 295 Cyprus : 295 Faroe Islands : 295 Gibraltar: 295 Greenland : 295 Iceland : 295 Isle of Man : 295 Liechtenstein : 295 Luxembourg : 295 Malta : 295 Monaco : 295 Montenegro : 145 San Marino : 295 What does thevcamp fee include and what does the camp fee not include The camp fee includes: Pick-up from from the airport and the train station Camping fees between sunday 24th of July (lunch)and Saturday 30th of July (breakfast) All costs related to the camp activities Food & beverages The camp fee does not include Travel costs Personal Insurance costs Camping equipment (sleeping bag, tents) Please note : Volunteers, leaders and ISTs will pay the same camp fee.
How can I sign up for the Euro-Mini-Jam? The Euro-Mini-Jam planning team will contact a designated person in each country. This person will receive and complete the application forms for their country. The country application forms should be returned no later than the 18th March 2016. After this date, the camp fees will be increased by 5%. If your country does not receive an application form, please contact mhgamba@eurominijam.com Please note: Each country will receive one invoice.
How to travel to Monaco Arriving by plane The nearest international airport to Monaco is Nice (France). The Euro-Mini-Jam Team will pick you up at the airport. The transfer time from the airport to the campsite is about 35 minutes. Arriving by train The Euro-Mini-Jam Team will pick you up at the train station «Monaco Monte-Carlo» The transfer time from the train station to the camp site is 5 minutes. Arriving by road Highway via Genoa or Marseille
Practical information and contacts The temperatures during the summer months can be anywhere between 25 and 35 degrees. A regular summer day is 35 degrees during the day and 25 degrees at night.
