Governing body of Tashkent City IBC Governing body is the Administrative Council headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Working body of the Administrative Council is the Directorate of Tashkent City International Business Center.
2 Preferences and benefits for Tashkent City IBC investors By now, the Government of Uzbekistan has adopted - the statute of the Administrative Council; - the charter of the Directorate; - the rules and procedures on investor selection. Currently, the Government of Uzbekistan is drafting legislative documents that will - provide tax and customs benefits for investors; - expedite visa and residence permit processing for the staff and consultants of investors.
