GoNow also delivers enhanced compatibility with the New Skies reservations system, helping clients avoid the cost and complexity of development and maintenance of custom-built kiosk or agent-facing applications using APIs. The changes made in either system to be instantly updated and available in both systems. Links with advanced features available in Seating Plus to enable groups of passengers to be seated together, while taking into account priority seating zones, occupancy factors, fare pricing, special service requests, weight and load balancing, and memberships in frequent flyer programs Certified for most Common Use environments Easy seat management for reseating, on-loading and even upgrading or downgrading passengers based on the selected flight leg Multiple boarding device and lane capability, including boarding through automated egates Control costs through Navitaire's Automated Document Check* feature to confirm the passenger has the correct travel documentation to transit and disembark the countries on their itinerary

GoNow Kiosk Features Integration with New Skies Sell virtually any ancillary or flight-related service during the check-in process Create and offer custom-marketing seat properties and preferences Consistently apply seat, upgrade, baggage and other fees during check-in Apply passenger-centric fee rules at check-in, offer differentiated fee amounts, free allotments, or application by passenger or market segment Automatically calculates and enforces baggage fees, and displays the running total to passengers Integrate Navitaire s Fly Ahead feature to dynamically offer alternate flights to travelers to aid in passenger handling, and generate revenue or avoid flight delays or potential denied boardings Certified for most Common Use environments Employs quick-search options including 2D barcode scan, customer ID number (CID), frequent flyer card, passport and credit card swipe Enforces document collection for integrated security programs including Secure Flight, AQQ, watch lists, e-borders, APIS, APPS, PNRGOV and iapps Accesses centralized PNR data source for both GoNow and New Skies. This enables changes made in either system to be instantly updated and available in both systems. Issue bag tags with corresponding inactive BSM from enabled hardware The Navitaire GoNow Day-of-Departure solution is closely integrated with the broader Navitaire New Skies reservations suite; and is deployed as a separate graphical user interface (GUI) for easy desktop integration at airports. The GoNow GUIs are cross-certified with New Skies releases for compatibility with the relevant core system releases. As a separate GUI application, clients may be able to deploy departure service releases independent of core New Skies releases for greater flexibility. * This functionality is at an early stage of its development and only available to approved beta users. To become a beta user, customer would enter into a written agreement with Navitaire governing the provision and use of this functionality on a beta-usage basis. Navitaire reserves the right to modify the functionality in any respect during or after the beta phase and does not commit to any particular functionality unless and until a formal contract amendment is executed.
