CONFERENCES AND EVENTS CONFERENCES & EVENTS ILT Stadium Southland is a multifunctional and multipurpose facility. The venue is proud to be the largest conference and trade space in Invercargill. Our lounges provide six comfortable breakout rooms with the ability to create more private spaces if required. Your keynote speaker can present with confidence to a variety of different sized groups from 100 up to a large group of 2000. The versatility of the space will impress you and your delegates. Our main events arena can be utilised as a trade space or for your gala dinner. All our court areas can be carpeted and our main events arena can be sectioned off by our theatre drapes creating an intimate reception. We have a movable trussing system above court one which gives the ability to vary the size of the space as well as design a lighting set up specific to your needs. Our in-house venue technician will work alongside you and your team to meet your every sound and lighting requirement. You will find one of ILT Stadium Southland s most valuable assets hanging from the roof above our main court. The four-sided monster screen can be of great benefit to tradeshows to showcase stall holders and sponsors or the screen can be used to live stream your presenter. Our five community courts make for a large and flexible trade area. Roller door access to the community courts on the east side of the building provides easy access for set up. ILT Stadium Southland also provides a transportable seating unit which can be utilised in the community court area. This allows for a further break out space for workshops or speakers. In addition to the excellent facilities housed within ILT Stadium Southland, the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome sits alongside the stadium. Internal walkways allow you to utilise both spaces with ease. Create a unique experience for your delegates within our four courts located in the centre of the Southernmost Velodrome track.
