TRANSPORT FOR LONDON (ENGINEERING & ALTERATIONS) SUNDAY 25 TH AUGUST Engineering Works London Overground No service between South Tottenham and Barking Metropolitan Line No trains between Moor Park and Amersham / Chesham Northern Line No service between Edgware and Hampstead Carnival Related Tube Closures Various stations are closed or restricted so crowd management can be enforced. This means the following stations will be restricted Ladbroke Grove (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) Closed Latimer Road (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) Closing at 23:30 Notting Hill Gate (Circle, District and Central Lines) Exit only between 12:00 and 19:00 for Central Line only. Circle and District Line trains won t stop there for the duration. Those on the Circle and District Line are advised to exit at Bayswater Queensway (Central Line) Exit only between 11:00 and 19:00 Royal Oak (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) Exit only between 11:00 and 18:00 with the station closing at 23:30 Westbourne Park (Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines) Exit only from 11:00 until 18:00 with the station closing at 23:30 As a result of the changes, you re being advised to use Paddington, High St Kensington, Holland Park, Queen s Park and Shepherd s Bush Stations which are all nearby but less likely to be busy. 6

NATIONAL RAIL ENGINEERING WORKS Engineering works are taking place over this weekend, with details below SUNDAY 24 th AUGUST London Midland & Virgin Trains The West Coast Main Line between Milton Keynes Central and Euston is closed all weekend London Midland will run no trains South of Milton Keynes Central Buses are replacing trains between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey. Virgin Trains will start/terminate at Milton Keynes Central (although some will run to/from Euston via the Chiltern line) Southern services will run between Clapham Junction and Shepherds Bush South West Trains The line between Virginia Water and Weybridge is closed. Buses replace trains First Capital Connect (Thameslink) & Southern No trains in/out of London Bridge Station while major upgrade works take place Southeastern The line between Bromley South and Sevenoaks / Orpington is closed First Capital Connect (Gt Northern), East Coast, First Hull & Grand Central Some lines between Kings Cross and Finsbury Park are closed for works A reduced service will run on the line Heathrow Express No Service Chiltern Railway The line between Great Missenden and Amersham is closed 8
