Regional s Marketing Incentive 1. Background s of Thail PLC ( AOT ) is introducing an incentive program for regional airports under AOT s management. The airports include Phuket, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai Mae Fah Luang-Chiang Rai ; the incentive program is termed Regional s Marketing Incentive. The Regional s Marketing Incentive offers incentives to international scheduled airlines or international chartered airlines through reduction in ling parking fees, bonus reimbursements based on increases in number of passengers. 2. Definitions Flight New Existing refers to AOT s Regional s Marketing Incentive refers to international scheduled flight or international chartered flight refers to departing passenger who pays Service Charge refers to an airport that has not previously had a connecting route to Regional s or the previously connecting route had been discontinued for 1 year or longer from the date of the airline s application for the refers to an airport that has a connecting route to Regional s or has had a previous connecting route which had been discontinued for less than 1 year from the date of the airline s application to the 3. 5. Duration of the The has duration of three years starting from 1 November 2010 to 31 October 2013. The incentives structure will apply to participating airlines from Airline s date of entry to the s end date. 6. Reimbursement Process AOT will review flight passenger statistics based on AOT s the airline s data. As such, AOT reserves the right to determine the reimbursement bonus amount based on AOT s own data. AOT will reimburse the fee reduction at the end of every months bonus will be calculated paid to airline every quarters. AOT will establish an accrual annual account whereby the difference between the sum of the total quarterly reimbursements the accrual annual account will be settled based on the accrual account at year end. 7. Terms Conditions 7.1. Airlines wishing to participate in the program must fill out the form of intention, after the MOU will be signed between the airline AOT. 7.2. Airlines wishing to participate in the program must not have outsting unpaid invoices with AOT throughout the program life. 7.3. Airlines under the New Route category of the existing which will expire by October 31, 2010, could participate in this program by considering as a connection to the new airport. The airline will be entitled such connection until the contract expired a year from the date of commencement of the service in that route. Thereafter, the airline will be entitled to the connection to the existing airport for three years from the date of commencement of the service in that route. 7.4. AOT reserves the right to terminate the s MOU with the airline should the airline fail to comply with the Terms Conditions 7.5. In case of dispute, AOT s decision regarding the dispute is considered final.
