If you want to ofer the qualiication you have to either use the New Zealand School of Tourism approved programme or develop your own programme and submit it to NZQA for approval prior to use. If you currently hold accreditation to deliver tourism unit standards this is not the same thing as having an approved programme, and you will still need to develop a programme if you want to award students with the qualiication. The programme you develop and send to NZQA must meet the following Graduate Proiles. Does your Secondary School Need Programme Approval? You do not need programme approval if you are not intending to ofer the entire qualiication. Choose one of the following three options if you wish to ofer the entire qualiication: Sign a MOU with New Zealand School of Tourism and use their approved programme and accreditation.
