DEEP IN THE DELTA The "Deep in the Delta Cruise is a special 2-night program between Ho Chi Minh City and Tan Chau, a Vietnamese fisherman town at the border of Cambodia. This program is not affected by water levels. Please check locations and timings carefully and pay attention to cruise direction (downstream or upstream). The "Deep in the Delta Cruise has only a meeting point in Ho Chi Minh City. A transfer to/from the ship (Ho Chi Minh My Tho and vv) is included. Transfers to and from Tan Chau pier are not included, passengers are requested to arrange own ground transportation. The ships dock at below pier locations for embarkation or disembarkation. This information is important for passengers who arrive or leave via private means of transportation. In Tan Chau passengers will use tender boat transfer from/to the pier located in center of Tan Chau. There is no ground transfer offered by Heritage Line to and from Tan Chau. NOTES High water season is approximately from end of August/beginning of September to mid/end of November. Low water season is approximately from mid/end of November to end of August/beginning of September. Please note that the water level situation is not exactly predictable and subject to weekly conditions of the Mekong River s water level.
