About CREDAI Bengal: CREDAI Bengal is the state s chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body for private real estate developers in India. CREDAI represents over 11500 developers through 23 state and 166 city level member associations. In West Bengal, CREDAI Bengal has three chapters and now has more than 300 members, witnessing a fast growth in membership. About Realty Expo 2017 CREDAI Bengal organizes its Property Exhibition, The Realty Expo, annually. Its popularity has grown over the years and we have witnessed a steady increase in footfall every year. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS All stalls to be allocated on First Come-First-Serve-Basis Exhibition Contract, Undertakings, Stall Artwork and Full Payment of the stalls to be submitted to CREDAI Bengal by the stipulated date Participants are requested to submit the Exhibition Contract, Undertakings and Full Payment of the stalls by 06th November 2017 Stall Permissible Height would be 10ft from the ground level (all brandings are included) All taxes are as applicable Mandatory Security Deposit of Rs. 1 Lac from participants while booking the stalls (through RTGS) and will be refunded within 45 working days after the exhibition 18
