Full and final payment is to be paid, 15 days prior to the departure of the tour. 9. If the full and final payment is made within 15 days of the departure, then the payment has to be made by Demand Draft or RTGS / NEFT. Cheque payment will not be accepted. 10. The International Check-in time: - 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs. 11. World of Vacations is not responsible for any change in dates of Trade Fairs, Venue, Cancellation and / or the ehibition profile. 12. In case of any last minute registrations received for a single person or non-availability of finding a twin partner for a single person, single room supplement will have to be borne by the passengers mandatory. 13. Any change / deviation required from the tour package will be charged Rs. 5000/- per change and will be subject to availability and paying the difference in the air fare if any, as charged by the airlines. 14. All travelling delegates will have to hand over the required documents as specified by the consulates within 05 working days of making the booking. If the proper documents are not submitted on time to World of Vacations by the delegates then we shall not be liable for the visa and Urgent visa fees will have to be borne by the passenger. 15. All disputes pertaining to the package tour shall be the eclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mumbai alone.
