Take A40 and N205 to Route Blanche/D1506 in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, France. Take the D1506 exit from N205.(94.7km). Continue on Route Blanche/D1506. ARRIVING FROM TRAIN STATIONS COMING FROM PARIS The name of the main train station in Chamonix is "Chamonix Mont Blanc", on the French national rail network operated by the state controlled company SNCF. The main TGV lines (fast train) from Paris : (Paris - Annecy./ Paris - Lyon./ Paris - Bellegarde. / Paris - Chambéry - Aix Les Bains) ; These stations have onward connections to Saint Gervais Les Bains Le Fayet (which is serviced by TGV during some periods of the year). COMING FROM MILAN The rail route heads north out of Milan, passes along the Domodossola Valley and through the Simplon Tunnel into Switzerland. Change at Brig and take the train to Martigny, traveling west along the Rhone Valley. Alight at Martigny and take the Mont Blanc Express over the mountains to Chamonix. The duration of the journey depends on the connections and this varies depending on the time of day. The minimum time on all trains is 4 hours and 11 minutes. From Milan, there is an alternative departure out of Garibaldi Station, on a slow local train, that requires a change at Domodossola. COMING FROM TURIN From Turin Porta Nuova take the train to Novara and change for Domodossola. This is the fastest and cheapest routing. Alternatives via Rho-Fiera Milano or Milano Porta Garibaldi are slower and more expensive. From Domodossola buy a ticket to Brig and from Brig go to Martigny but you can buy a ticket to Chamonix Mont-Blanc directly. A further change of trains required in Martigny, from where you take the Mont Blanc Express. The duration of the journey depends on the connections and this varies depending on the time of day. The minimum time on all trains is 5 hours and 40 minutes.

Before your departure, we kindly ask our guest to do a short check-list for the property to have everything in order before your departure. CHECK OUT TIME: before 10.00 H (Corresponding fees will be applied if you would check out after 10.00h) HELP CONSERVE MOTHER EARTH. BE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY. Please do the following: Put all rubbish/garbage in the corresponding bins area. Please do not leave any rubbish inside the property especially any items that will be spoiled. Additional cleaning fees will be applied if this will not be done. Please turn OFF all the electrical appliance except the fridge. Check all the cooker hob, and oven etc. if it is all turned OFF. Turn OFF the central heating. Please check the USER MANUAL on how to do it. (applies only in the cold season) Close all the windows and doors and its shutters. Guest may be liable if the windows/shutters will be damage by strong winds because it was not properly closed. Take off all the bed linens and towels and arrange them in one area in the bathroom. Please arrange in one area all unused towels. Check all your personal belongings if you have packed everything in your luggage. Please wash up all the used kitchen utensils either through the dishwasher or manually. All of the apartment's property should be returned inside the property. (I.e. If you have taken out some sun-loungers, tables, etc in the common area). KEYS. Please remember to leave all the keys where you have retrieved them from.
