Market Overview At CBRE we maintain our earlier position that CBD office is emerging as the most supply constrained market over the near term. This has been confirmed over the past year as options for occupiers diminish and won t be relieved until new supply completes in the latter part of 2015. In the meantime, low vacancy and favourable demand will underpin steady rental growth. An increasing proportion of the rent growth will occur through face rents while incentives continue to decline in correlation with reducing vacancy.
