Troughs & Tanks 0 YEARS 96 ~ 0 Channel Drinkers The channel drinkers are made from stainless steel or galvanised steel. They are available in any length up to 8ft (.40m). Upon request longer lengths can be made to suit individual requirements. Typically they are wide x deep. The float box can easily be accessed by removing the lid. The other end is sloped for easy cleaning. The version with the Aqua-Level valve has both ends sloped instead of the float box at one end. The troughs can be wall or floor mounted. Weaner Drinker Tanks. A convenient solution for providing clean water in straw yards, tents or cosi-kennels. Standard tanks are supplied with fitted float valve, lid and two rows of bite drinkers above the bottom trough. Typical capacity of the standard 4ft long tank is approx. 0 litres. The tank capacity is determined to comply with current regulations and requirements. In our workshop we fabricate a tank stand which suits the size of tank and is tailored to the specific location of installation. Aqua Level Valve & Dosatron 0 YEARS 96 ~ 0 Aqua-Level Valve - Part No. AQUA0 For farrowing house or drinking troughs The Aqua-Level Valve allows a constant water level in the trough. It works by a simple vacuum function and requires mains pressure ( bar or more). The Aqua-Level Valve can be easily fitted on top of a ½ stainless steel water pipe. The Aqua-Level Valve provides a constant level of water in the farrowing trough so that the sow can drink sufficient amounts of water easily without great effort or the flow restriction of a trough drinker. It is easy to install via a ½ BSP thread and can be isolated by a toggle mechanism on the back face. Medicators In line medicators for accurate injection of water soluble medications, vitamins, electrolytes and nutritional supplements. The medicator is installed parallel to the main water supply and isolated via a set of valves. This allows instant and simple application of the required treatment. The medicators are available as fixed or variable rate medicators. To ensure reliable and safe operation we always install the medicators with inline water filter and non-return valve.
