Unmount the AscTec Atomboard 1. Unplug all devices from the AscTec Atomboard. 2. Disconnect the power cable (Fig. 1). 3. Remove the 4 screws and spacers (Fig. 2). 4. Mount the AscTec Mastermind " Before integrating the Mastermind into the Pelican, remove all parts, which are attached to the ground plate. 1. Insert the Mastermind from below (Fig. 8). The second image (Fig. 9) shows our standard mounting orientation. Choose this, if our standard cables are used. 2. Fix the Mastermind with 4 screws (Fig. 10). Use screwlock (e.g. Loctite)! Mount the WLAN antennas " Attach one antenna to the front foot of the Pelican (Fig. 11). Use two M2x8 screws and nuts with screwlock. " Make sure the cable runs without sharp bendings. Wiring of the Mastermind 1. Connect the power cable and attach it with a zip tie (Fig. 14). 2. Let the Mastermind to AutoPilot cable run through the ground plate (Fig. 15), attach it with a zip tie and connect it to the LL serial 0 and HL serial 0 (Fig. 16). 3. Re-attach your own interfaces. Mount the feet extension 1. Fit the Pelican foot into one of the feet extensions and attach it with two M2x10 screws and nuts(fig. 17). Use screwlock. 2. Redo that for every foot. 3. Insert a strut between two feet extensions (Fig. 18). 4. Redo that for every side. If you are using the Camera option 3 V2, omit the struts between the front-left and rear-right feet to provide a clear field of view. Mount the feet extension " To mount all 4 struts you will need 8 zip ties. 1. Insert one zip tie through the two struts and the feet extension from one side (Fig. 19/20). 2. Put a second zip tie on the free end of the already inserted zip tie. Zip it up and crop the two ends (Fig. 21). Do that for every side with struts. Mount the battery tray 1. Put the new battery tray in-between the feet of the Pelican with the six screws pointing upwards. 2. Insert it in the second slot from the bottom by turning it horizontally. Check the orientation and make sure the battery points from front-right to rear-left (Fig. 22). 3. Insert the four clips and attach each of them with two M3x4 (Fig. 23). 4.
