1. Our facilities and services Gym Our gym is well-equipped with a wide range of modern cardio-vascular and resistance equipment. The gym is open: Monday - Thursday: 7.00am - 10.00pm Friday: 7.00am - 9.00pm Saturday: 8.00am - 5.00pm Sunday: 8.00am - 8.30pm Fitness classes Blantyre Leisure Centre has a vast fitness class programme with classes ranging from yoga to Body Combat. Pick up a Fitness class timetable, or visit www.slleisureandculture.co.uk for details of all South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture centres timetables. Health suite Blantyre Leisure Centre s health suite includes a detoxifying sauna and a hydrating steam room. It is the perfect way to relax and completely unwind. The health suite is open: Monday: 7.30am - 9.00pm Tuesday: 7.30am - 6.00pm Wednesday: 7.30am - 9.00pm Thursday: 7.30am - 7.00pm Friday: 7.30am - 8.30pm Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Sunday: 9.00am - 9.00pm All sessions are mixed, apart from Sunday 7.15pm - 9.00pm which is for women only. Swimwear must be worn. Admittance over 16s only.
Swimming pool Blantyre Leisure Centre s 25 metre swimming pool and children s pool provide safe, spacious swimming environments for you. We have a swimming policy operating throughout South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture for children under the age of 8. Please see our Under 8 s swimming pool use policy leaflet for details. The pool is open: Monday: 7.30am - 10.00pm Tuesday: 7.30am - 6.00pm Wednesday: 7.30am - 10.00pm Thursday: 7.30am - 7.00pm Friday: 7.30am - 9.30pm Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm Sunday: 9.00am - 7.00pm Please note: the pool is available to women only on Sunday evenings between 7.15pm and 9.00pm and adults only Monday to Wednesday 9.30pm to 10.00pm. Pick up a Pool programme for details of when various sessions are on in the pool so you can see at a glance which times are best for you to attend. Sports hall Blantyre Leisure Centre has a large sports hall that caters for a wide variety of fun sporting and recreational activities. Crèche Blantyre Leisure Centre s crèche is run by experienced staff, who provide a safe, friendly and secure environment for your child, while allowing you to participate in the centre s activities with peace of mind. Children aged 18 months to 5 years (pre-school only) are welcome. Booking is not required. The crèche is open: Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 11.25am ACE children s activities We offer a programme of children s activities. For more information visit www.slleisureandculture. co.uk/ace. These activities are included in our ACE membership (see section 3). Squash court Keep yourself fit and work up a sweat with a fast-paced game of squash at Blantyre Leisure Centre s squash court. Equipment can be hired and 30 or 60 minute sessions are available.

Aged 60 or over? If you live in South Lanarkshire, you can access all of South Lanarkshire and Culture s indoor leisure facilities for 54.60 per year with an Activage card. Non-residents and non-card holders are still eligible for senior rates of up to 50% off. For more information, please contact Reception. Your exercise saver Purchase a Yes card for an annual cost of 10 and you will get 10% off gyms, fitness classes, swimming, racquet sports, sauna/steam and Perfect Fit throughout the year.
3. Monthly memberships If you use our facilities regularly, our great value memberships allow you to pay by an affordable monthly direct debit payment, and could save you money! We offer a wide variety of memberships, including fitness, health suite, swimming, swimming lesson and ACE children s memberships. If you want any more information about our memberships, our staff will be happy to help. 4. Booking details All activities must be paid for at time of booking. This can be done online at www.sllcbooking.co.uk/connect by telephone, or at Reception. Notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. If you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, you will not receive a refund for the lost booking. Members and Activage card holders will be charged a 2.00 cancellation fee. Seven days notice is required for the cancellation of extended lets/block bookings. After this time, cancellations will not be refunded. 5. Feedback procedures We are keen to get your feedback on our services and facilities. Please provide feedback via our Have your say leaflet. If you feel a member of staff has served you exceptionally well, please express this via our Excellence in customer service leaflet. 6.
