summer 10. sizzlers With Summer here at last we re looking forward to serving lunches, dinners and afternoon teas in our beautiful secluded garden. Our summer menu features locally sourced produce, as fresh as we can get it. This year we are introducing a new range of light salads, including fantastic ingredients such as smoked salmon with a bloody mary dressing and a feta and melon salad with fresh strawberries. You can also enjoy dinner in our conservatory restaurant, heated to keep out any spring chill, we ll be serving a range of fresh fish dishes as well as some beautiful spring lamb. Our dessert chef has been working hard on creating some delicious summer treats for you to enjoy (if you ve got room), as well as the traditional summer desserts we have a new exciting chai spiced carrot cake! If you don t fancy a big meal, you can enjoy something from our Bar Menu. We have lovely nibbles including Salt & Pepper Calamari, Nachos or Crispy Whitebait. 11. chill out cocktails The luxurious Lounge Bar at the Norfolk Royale Hotel is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful drink, you can relax on our comfy sofas or enjoy some fresh air in our heated secret garden. We even have a covered terrace at the front if you fancy watching the world go by. In our opinion any time of year is perfect for a bit of fizz, but with Summer on the way, you don t need an excuse to try one of our sparklers. Try our Galanti Pinot Grigio Spumante Rosé or treat yourself to a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut. For this summer season we are going back to some firm favourites with our cocktails. We ll be serving zesty Cosmopolitans, refreshing Mojitos and fruity Margaritas. Of course we still have our extensive wine cellar. You could enjoy our Paul Deloux Chablis with the chef s fresh fish dishes or for something richer try our Lussac Saint-Émilion, Château Lyonnat. Last, but by no means least you could book yourself one of our Afternoon Teas. Available between 2pm and 5pm throughout the spring and summer, this special treat includes finger sandwiches, warm scones with Dorset clotted cream and strawberry jam, a selection of cakes and pastries and a glass of fizz.
