NAT SERVICE DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
NAT 2025 TASK FORCE 2025 Concept of Operation Gap Analysis & Action Plan In 2012 and on behalf of the NAT SPG, Canada and the United Kingdom conducted a gap analysis on the current situation, including the developments that were or were not taking place and as a result the NAT Implementation Group (IMG) set up the NAT 2025 Task Force. The task force consisted of members from Canada, IATA, Ireland and the United Kingdom with additional representatives also from Iceland, British Airways, FedEx, Lufthansa and United Airlines in some meetings. An interim report was provided to NAT IMG members in December 2012 and the final report of the NAT 2025 Task Force was presented to NAT IMG/42. The outcome of the Task Force included the following deliverables: A proposed Concept of Operation for the NAT in 2025; A Gap Analysis and Action Plan identifying the major differences between the current operation and the proposed 2025 operation; An initial draft Roadmap to provide a basis for further discussion and development in the NAT IMG subgroups; Initial Roadmap
