This feature benefits travel arrangers in the fllwing ways: They can see flight segment infrmatin withut having t leave the Travel Arranger View page t view the full trip itinerary They can quickly check a passenger in fr a flight withut having t lk up the airline s nline check-in page They can quickly view TSA wait times fr a specific airprt fr the time perid in which the passenger s flight departs They can retrieve infrmatin abut a particular airprt When a user first ges t the Travel Arranger View, they will nw see a plus sign next t any upcming trips: 4 P a g e
Clicking n the plus sign will change the plus sign t a minus sign and start the PNR search fr flight segments: If a flight has been canceled r the search times ut due t a search failure, the user will get an errr message: If the PNR flight segment data is fund, the user will see a list f flights: The flights are shwn in chrnlgical rder. The data includes the airline, flight number, departure airprt and time and arrival airprt and time. Placing the muse ver a segment will highlight it. Clicking n a segment will present the user with a list f ptins: Check-in will pen a pp-up windw t the airline s check-in page. View TSA Security Wait Times will pen a pp-up windw t the TSA Security Checkpint Wait Times Web page. There is als the ptin t navigate t the departing and/r arriving airprt s Web site. There is a Travel Preferences link which will display quick prfile infrmatin fr a traveler: I m Assisting Any user set up as an arranger has the ability t turn n the Travel Arranger view. The tab is under Travel > Arrangers: Once an arranger clicks n this tab, it sets this as a default fr the next time the arranger lgs in. Users can als change this with Prfile System Settings, using the Hme Page drpdwn. Travel Arranger view: T remve assciatin, the arranger clicks the red X t the right f the user.
