The project unfolds amphitheatrically on three ground levels: the highest where the main entrance and the parking lots are, the middle level with the four villas and their private gardens and the lower level where the swimming pool and the BBQ are located with the private sun decks, just above the sea and the blue horizon. The villas Four south-west oriented, independent, bioclimatically designed villas, combining both modern and traditional architectural styles. The main architectural concept focuses to the support of easy and luxury living not only during the exceptional summer time but during the whole year as well. The villas are mainly built into two levels plus a higher level loft, with big terraces and balconies offering wide view and easy access to the private gardens. At the same time the design and infrastructure offers to potential owners the flexibility of planning and forming the interior according to their personal taste, needs and desires. Building materials The whole project is being constructed according to the highest construction standards and regulations, with proofs and certificates that are available to authorized engineers for every step of the process such as concrete works, isolation, drainage, etc. The finishing works and materials are of the same high standard, with respect to their potential effects on health and comfort as well as to their interaction with the local microenvironment.
