DP World Djibouti Mission Djibouti Port strives to facilitate efficient handling of sea trade by providing customers with reliable, predictable and cost effective handling services. Port Management In June 2000, Djibouti Port (P.A.I.D.) entered into a concession agreement with DP World to manage its port facilities for the coming 20 years. DP World is responsible for the management of the Sea Port (Container, Dry Port & Break Bulk Terminals), the Free Zone, the oil terminal causeway and the Airport.
