Created by my parents, Jean and Jacqueline Laroche in 1976, the site has changed enormously over the years. Run by myself for the last 21 years, the domain is heralded as one of the jewels of French and European destinations. Voted Best Camping 2017 by the German ADAC and the Dutch ANWB, many of you have seen it evolve over the seasons. HOW TO RESERVE? - OPTION : We recommend you take an option by phone, fax or e-mail. This option will be valid for 10 days. At the end of this period, if we have not received your booking form with the deposit, the option will automatically be cancelled. - RESERVATION : The reservation is nominative and can not be transferred to another person. Upon receipt of your completed form, accompanied by the deposit (180 ) and reservation fee (40 non-refundable) paid by cheque (Euro), credit-card or bank transfer, you will receive written confirmation, with an allocated pitch number. Your stay in high season from 15/07 to 19/08/2018 is weekly and the reservation of your pitch is from Sunday to Sunday. - CHANGE OF DATES : Should you wish to change your booking dates, full payment for the dates originally specified on the contract is still required. CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1 - The number of the hired pitch is determined when you receive the receipt for your deposit payment which also confirms the acceptance of the dates thus rendering a definite contract of hire. 2 -Cancellation insurance : We recommend you to subscribe a cancellation insurance. -the cost amounts to 20 per stay and should cover the total number of days of the booked period. The insurance can only be taken out when the initial reservation is made. The amount due for the insurance should be paid together with the initial down payment. -the insurance will only pay out if you notify Euro Réservations Ltd. of the cancellation by registered mail together with the relevant (official) statements and/or documents within 3 days after the event giving rise to the cancellation. -the insurance will only pay out if notification is given between the date of reservation and the first day of the booked period. -the following items are covered : *death, a serious accident with bodily harm, a serious sickness of yourself or next of kin. *dismissal by the employer of yourself or your spouse. *a move as a result of a transfer within the organisation that employs you. *damage to your house as a result of fire, breaking and entering, vandalism, bad weather conditions or natural disasters. -the insurance will only pay out if one of the above events happens before your stay and not during your stay. 3 - The hirer is required to take possession of his booked pitch by the date as stated overleaf. The contract will be void if occupation is not made after 24 hours from commencement of the booked period. Thereafter the contract is deemed to be cancelled. In this case, the deposit paid is not returnable and full letting rights of the concerned pitch revert to the owner. Esterel Caravaning will be in the position to rent the pitch immediately. A deposit is required on arrival for the Luxe & Confort pitches. This deposit will be returned on departure, after reception of the key and after the departure check-out for pitch/equipment cleanliness. The pitch rentals with Jacuzzi (Palace de Luxe & Royal Maxi) must be rented for 4 nights minimum. 4 - If on arrival the hirer wishes to change the allocated pitch for another, this can only be done depending on availibility and with consultation of the management. 5 - The pitch amenities consist of an electrical point of 16 A to 32 A, water, drainage and of course, communal shower and toilet blocks. The LUXE pitches and Palace de Luxe pitch have private toilet, wash basin and shower facilities with hot water, electrical point, a waste water outlet, hair dryer and heating. 6 - The prices are set at the beginning of the season and include water, electricity, swimming pools, free games and activities, except for mountainbike rental. 7 - During the high season, the hiring period for the pitch is from Sunday to Sunday. The price for 2 people is per week. You will be billed for the booked dates and you need to pay your stay upon arrival. 8 - BARBECUES AND ANY OTHER FORM OF OUTSIDE COOKING WITH FLAMES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. 9 - Maximum of 6 persons per pitch : For safety and comfort reasons, the number of persons per pitch is limited to 6. Pets are permitted, please notify us if you wish to bring an animal. Dogs should be permanently held on a leash. 10 - The hirer and his family must respect and abide by the campsite rules noted in the information book given at arrival and on the notice board outside reception. 11 - The WIFI is free but Esterel Caravaning cannot be held responsible for the network or the connection rate. 12 - Board shorts and shorts are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool. 13- OMBUDSMAN: In case of a dispute and after contacting the company s «customer» services department, any campsite customer has the ability to contact a consumption ombudsman, within a period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by recorded delivery, to the owner.
