Exhibitor Information Annual Business Sponsors and companies who exhibited last year and have contracted with payment in full for the current year will receive the first chance to renew their 2015 booth space and priority booth assignments. If two 2015 exhibitors contract for the same booth at the same time, longevity will prevail. After July 15th, booths not renewed (contracted with payment in full) will be released and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, NO EXCEPTIONS. Sharing of booths by multiple companies is not permitted. Note: If you broke down prior to the designated time in 2015 there will be a penalty assessed at time of registration. Please review the Rules and Regulations which can be found at http://www.hcanj.org/rr16 You must set up on Monday and cannot break down until the show closes on Thursday. Annual Platinum Sponsors will receive two complimentary exhibit spaces. Each 8 X 10 exhibit space includes: Six exhibitor passes Carpeting Back wall and side rail drapes ID sign (company name and booth #) Six-foot draped table (top and skirt) Two chairs One wastebasket AEX will replace the six-foot table with a four or eight-foot table upon request. Change forms are located on our website in the AEX Order Forms. Associate Members, Platinum and Gold Annual Business Sponsors will be identified on their booth signs and with ribbons for their badges. Booth Services Atlantic Expo (AEX, Inc.) is the official convention service and drayage company. Load in/out is via the loading dock at the exhibitor s expense. Each exhibiting company is responsible for tracking their own materials.
