As you probably don t know the site, we first of all give you some general information. The site is located on the sea front of the city, just in front of the historical Castel dell Ovo, as shown in the first photo. The main conference room, at the first floor, can accommodate 149 persons. Proposal for the 3

The venue A smaller room, for 46 persons, can be used for parallel sessions and/or meetings, and can also be used as a replica of the bigger room on the screen. There are of course all audio visual devices, indeed the site is linked to the 10 Gb/s fibre optical ring of the University, thus allowing video streaming if required. WiFi(Eduroam) is distributed on the site by several Access Point; in addition to Eduroam, an ad hoc SSID (WLCG HSF 2018) will be setup. 4

Accommodations Several accommodations choices are available, starting from hotels within 100 meters from the conference centre, to B&B, always within walking distance. Since 4 years now, the street is fully reserved to pedestrians. Restaurants nearby offer food at any price. No need for bus to reach hotels, restaurants, bar, also in the evening, as at the base of Castel dell Ovo there is a well known area for dinner, Borgo Marinari.
