During Office Hours If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when booking. If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 2 hours. After this time your reserved car may be released and rented to another customer. Out of Office Hours Collection It may be possible to collect the vehicle out of office hours. This must be requested at the time of booking. The charge for this service is AED 50.00.
