Building a sustainable and diverse content The uncertain nature of PSL fixtures & tournaments. Promoters reluctant to bring concerts to Durban due to soft market and lack of technical equipment. Slowly changing. Many Bowl type of events require sponsorship or funding and therefore so reliant on City and/or Province for support.
