2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OVERVIEW: We can hardly believe that Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne has now been officially open for 2 years. Visitor and owner stays to the Borgo continue to increase, with occupancy rates soaring. As the Borgo continues to evolve and mature, an increasing number of exciting new features can now be shared and are available to you on your next visit. Firstly, the new wine shop, Enoteca, is now open providing a variety of wines and blends sourced from local vintners throughout Tuscany. Visitors can stop by the lobby to enjoy a glass or two, or many owners have taken back a bottle to their suite, after being chilled using the new ice machine in the lobby. Furthermore, the terrace in front of Brunello now features a selection of tables, chairs and umbrellas for people to relax in the sun at leisure, or to utilise as a platform to enjoy a drink with fellow neighbours and exchange notes on their Tuscan explorations. You ll also notice from the pictures in this update that the Borgo is now blooming and has truly flourished over the last couple of years. Additional attention has been given to the lower landscaping of Borgo, with the planting of shrubs and blooms brightening the pathway down to the pool.
A SNAPSHOT LIFESTYLE PERFORMANCE Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne has now celebrated its 2 year anniversary and continues to receive worldwide appeal. 87% OCCUPANCY RATE Borgo alle Vigne is currently operating at an 87% occupancy rate for the year (essentially full), with some weeks in 2017 already booked out. INTERNATIONAL APPEAL Borgo alle Vigne continues to attract visitors from worldwide destinations, drawing international appeal. LIFESTYLE BENEFITS Borgo boasts idyllic gardens and a resort-style pool overlooking the olive trees and vineyards. Owners can visit Borgo in the knowledge that they supported the build. SIMPLY STUNNING OCCUPANCY: In our last update, earlier in the year, we reported on the exceptional occupancy rates at Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Borgo alle Vigne for 2016. Occupancy continues to soar, with occupancy for the period from May to December at 87% (which in hotel terms is essentially full given the need for change-over days and the inclusion of winter months in this period). Clients who have tried to book in at the popular Borgo will have realised that they need to take advantage of their privileged 3 month window, enabling clients to book time prior to the inventory being opened up to the wider membership of HGVC. Also, for those who want to stay in 2017, again we would encourage people to book early to avoid disappointment. For the period of January to September 2017 (bookings are currently only available up to this date) Borgo alle Vigne is already at 65% occupancy with some weeks completely booked out. So, if you are an owner and want to take advantage of the early booking options, you need to be quick! OWNERSHIP: Sales of new memberships based at Borgo alle Vigne have been very strong this year, some of which may be attributable to the high occupancy rates. For 2016, the average value of Borgo memberships has been over $1.1m per month. PROGRESS: Meetings took place last week to consider the process by which to extend more options at Borgo alle Vigne in 2017. We will share further news on this as it becomes available.
