23 2.4 Privacy of medical doctors in media 2.4.1 During period 2012 till 2016/I there was no any reported case at Medical Chamber of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina of violating privacy of medical doctors by the media 2.4.2 Media journalist from all media like making stories about medical doctors, and medical doctors are often the topic of their stories 2.4.3 There is no the law of protection of privacy of medical doctors in the media, there is only the law of protection from the blasphemy, and according to this law the court suits are made
24 2.4 Privacy of medical doctors in media 2.4.4 The medical chambers in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are probably ready to protect rights of medical doctors which are violated by the media, but this is the subject of individual cases 2.4.5 Due to the fact that the media journalist like medical doctors as the subjects of their stories, and according to the media freedom for public announce, there is practically nothing for prevention of violating privacy of medical doctors 2.4.6 In the case of violating privacy of medical doctors by the media, the only one solution is the individual court suit, but the medical chambers in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina can issue the announcer for public
