Driving While License Suspended $1500 Field, Mitchell J., male, age 25, 5201 Fredrick Ct #E Gurnee, IL 60031 03/06/2018 at 1:30 pm Park City Police on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a white Ford sedan and after speaking to the driver, Field; police determined his driver s license was suspended. Field was arrested, charged with Driving While License Suspended, processed, and released on bond. Field was given a March court date. Case Number 18 658 01/18/2018 at 11:58 pm 900 South Waukegan Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol $3000 Gregg, William N., male, age 55, 434 Washington Rd Lake Forest, 60045 02/02/2018 at 9:00 am Police on routine patrol spotted a red Toyota parked in a parking lot with its headlights on and the vehicle running. When police approached the vehicle, they found Gregg asleep in the driver s seat. When police woke Gregg and he exited the vehicle, police observed an empty bottle of alcohol in the car and Gregg was demonstrating signs of impairment. Subsequently police conducted an investigation and Gregg was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Gregg was transported to the Public Safety Building, processed, and provided a breath sample resulting in a reading of 0.145 BAC. Gregg was released on bond and given a February court date. Updated January 18, 2017 Case Number 18 495 01/14/2018 at 6:07pm 100 block Quail Dr. Residential Burglary $25000 01/24/2018 at 9:00 am C 120 Waukegan Lopez, Christian, male, age 29, 2324 N. Meyer Ave. Chicago, IL 60614 On Sunday January 14, around 6:00pm, a Lake Forest police officer on routine patrol in the 100 block of Quail Drive observed a man wearing sunglasses sitting inside a parked minivan. Due to the recent string of residential burglaries in Lake Forest and neighboring communities, the

officer approached the man, later identified as Lopez, and initiated a conversation. During this conversation, a resident approached our officer from a nearby home. The resident informed our officer they had just returned home and found someone had forced entry through a back door and burglarized their home. Additional Lake Forest Police officers and detectives responded to the area and began an investigation. During the investigation, a large amount of stolen property was located inside the minivan, linking Lopez to residential burglaries in multiple communities including Lake Forest, Highland Park, Skokie, and DuPage County. Lopez was taken into custody and transported to the Public Safety Building where he was interviewed. Lopez s last known address is Chicago and he currently has a previous criminal history, as well as an outstanding warrant from Cook County. Lopez was processed and held pending transport to Lake County Bond Court on January 16. Lopez was charged with multiple counts of Possession of Stolen Property and one count of Obstruction of Justice for providing our officer with false information concerning his identity. Further charges for Lopez are pending the outcome of the investigation. He was processed and held pending transport to Lake County Bond Court. Case Number 18 474 01/14/2018 at 3:49 am Rte. 60 and Ridge Trueblood, Brian M., male, age 26, 1643 Harding, Northfield, IL 60093 Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Administrative Hearing 02/14/2018 at 9:00 am City Hall Police on routine patrol conducted a traffic stop on a dark colored Kia that was being operated with only one working headlight. The officer on scene approached the vehicle to speak with the driver, identified as Trueblood, and when Trueblood rolled down the car window, officers immediately smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers also noted the remnants of a green leafy substance on Trueblood s clothes and areas of the car. Trueblood also turned over a glass pipe used for smoking cannabis. True blood was arrested, charged with Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, issued citations, and released with a February hearing date. Updated January 12, 2018 Case Number 18 381 01/11/2018 11:41 pm 400 block of Linden Ave. Residential Burglary N/A N/A Unknown Police responded to an address in the 400 block of Linden Avenue after homeowners reported a residential burglary at that location. Police determined that suspects used a brick to break a sliding glass door and make entry into the home. Police are still working on possible suspects in the incident and narrowing the time of occurrence. Police would ask anyone with possible information to contact Detective Milczarek at the Lake Forest Police Department.

Case Number 18 342 01/10/2018 at 5:25 pm 200 Block of Ahwahnee Ln. Residential Burglary N/A N/A Unknown Police responded to an address in the 200 block of Ahwahnee Lane after homeowners reported a residential burglary at that location. Police determined that suspects used a rock to break a window and make entry into the home. Police are still working on possible suspects in the incident and narrowing the time of occurrence. Police would ask anyone with possible information to contact Detective Milczarek at the Lake Forest Police Department. Case Number 18 209 01/07/2018 at 1:09 am Sheridan Road and Old Elm Road Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Endangering the Life of a Child. Debrocke, Michelle K., female, age 35, 3569 Old Mill Road, Highland Park, IL 60035 $3000 01/26/2018 at 9:00 am Police on routine patrol on Sheridan Road around 1:00 am, observed a black jeep with its hazard lights on parked in front of a locked gate on Sheridan Road near Ft. Sheridan. Officers stopped to check on the driver and located Debrocke in the driver seat and a female child (age 4) in the back seat. As police spoke with Debrocke, they observed signs of intoxication and when questioned Debrocke admitted to having two drinks earlier. Further investigation was conducted including standard field sobriety test and Debrocke was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Debrocke was processed and submitted to a breath test, which gave a reading of 0.162 BAC. Debrocke was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Endangering the Life of a Child, released on bond and given a January court date. Case Number 18 181 01/06/2018 at 12:05 pm 990 S. Waukegan Road Armed Robbery N/A N/A Male white, late 20 s to mid 30 s, 5 9 6 ft, 180 210 lbs dressed in blue jeans, dark jacket, wearing a dark hat and ski mask, white gloves and tan duck boots On Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 12:06 pm, Lake Forest Police responded to the report of a Bank Robbery at the Fifth Third Bank located on Waukegan Road in Lake Forest. Information developed during the investigation indicates a male white, late 20 s to mid 30 s, 5 9 6 ft, 180 210 lbs dressed in blue jeans, dark jacket, wearing a dark hat and ski mask, white gloves and tan duck boots, entered the bank, and presented the teller with a note demanding money. A weapon was not seen but was implied by the suspect. The suspect was last seen exiting the bank on foot after taking an unknown amount of US currency. Police continue to investigate the incident and anyone with information is asked to call Lake Forest Police at 847 234 2601.

Updated January 5, 2018 Case Number 18 71 01/03/2018 at 6:20 am 600 Block of N. Western Homicide N/A N/A Zike, Ryan, male, age 33, Louisville, KY This morning at approximately 6:20am officers from the Lake Forest Police Department responded to a report of gun shots in the 600 Block of N. Western Ave. Officers subsequently located two individuals in the parking lot behind 620 N. Western Ave., a deceased male (Zike) and a female victim, (Claire Van Landingham, female, age 27, Lake Forest, IL.), both suffering from gunshot wounds. The Lake Forest Fire Department transported Van Landingham to Lake Forest Hospital where she later succumbs to her injuries. Information gathered at the scene and through further police investigation indicates this was a domestic related incident between the two individuals. The Lake County Major Crimes Task Force, Lake Forest Police Detectives, and the Lake County Coroner continue to investigate the incident. Case Number 18 11 01/01/2018 at 4:40 am 100 block of Barn Swallow Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol $3000 Williams, Jennifer Helen, female, age 29, 11 Sandpiper, Lake Forest, IL 60045 02/23/2018 at 9:00 am Police were called to the 100 block of Barnswallow after it was reported an SUV crashed into a parked SUV. Police and Lake Forest Fire Department responded to the scene after the owner of the parked car called 911, stated there was a crash, airbags had been deployed, and the driver appeared intoxicated. Police located the scene and spoke to the driver, Williams, who was evaluated by Lake Forest Fire Department and refused treatment. Based on officer s observations and the severity of the weather, Williams was transported back to the Public Safety Building for further questioning. Based on the subsequent investigation, Williams was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, processed, and released on bond. Case Number 18 08 01/01/2018 at 3:33 am 200 block of Butler Dr. Aggravated Battery N/A N/A Male, white, age 55, Lake Forest Police responded to a reported Battery after locating a subject bleeding from the head walking on Green Bay Road. The injured male victim is believed to have been struck in the head with a blunt object, possibly a beer bottle, while at a residence located on Butler Drive. Lake Forest Fire Department transported the male victim to Lake Forest Hospital for treatment. Police continue to investigate the incident.

Case Number 18 02 01/01/2018 at 12:30 am Rte 60 and Ridge Road Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, Expired Registration $2000 02/16/2018 at 3:00 pm Park City Lopez, Luis G. male, age 21, 1036 Leith Ave. Waukegan, IL 60085 Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 Mazda for an equipment violation and expired registration. When police spoke to the driver, Lopez, they found that Lopez was driving on a suspended license and did not have insurance on the vehicle. Lopez was arrested, charged with Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance, and Expired Registration. He was processed and released on bond with a February court date.
