Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. 27 September 2013 ISTANBUL Start the day with a visit to Hagia Sophia, a marvel of world architecture, before heading to the Blue Mosque, famous for its blue Iznik tiles and the only imperial mosque with six minarets. Continue to the Hippodrome, the stadium of ancient Byzantium that held 100,000 spectators and featured objects from all corners of the empire. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Topkapi Palace, the principle residence of Ottoman Sultans between the 15th and 19th centuries. Topkapi Palace is now a museum and has a spectacular collection of jewelry and imperial treasures. Finish with a shopping spree at the Grand Bazaar, a labyrinth of more than 4,000 shops. Visit of Devrent valley where the geografical formations remind us a place of another planet. Then in Pasabagi, we'll take a stroll among the amazing fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. From here we'll drive to Avanos to have our lunch. After having our lunch we leave from Avanos to see the most beautiful examples of Byzantine

After lunch visit the Open Air Museum in Zelve which is one of the best examples of troglodyte cities, the museum occupies three deonde valleys have been excavated hundreds of homes, churches and tunnels; visit to the beautiful little village of old Mustafa Pasa Sinasos this long-inhabited by the Greeks, as evidenced by the carved fronts of the houses until 1923. Troy is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Among the sights you will see are the Trojan Horse, Sacrificial Altars, the 3700 year old city walls, Houses of Troy I, 3000 B.C. - 2500 B.C., the Bouleuterion (Senate Building), the Odeon (Concert Hall), the current excavations in progress and remains of the various cities from Troy I through to Troy IX. Gallipoli Peninsula is bordered by the Dardanelles, a strategic waterway allowing access to the Sea of Marmara, the Bosphorus and the Black Sea. In ancient times this deep channel was called the Hellespont. Today the peninsula is a peaceful place covered in brush and pine forests, and the southern third is a national park, but it was the scene of one of the bloodiest campaigns of World War I in which there were over 500,000 casualties and 130,000 deaths.
