This warranty does not cover any other fabric, which includes those provided by the customer. Logos and silk screens, aluminum cranks and poles, wood bottom poles and any custom designs are not covered under this warranty. All Outdoor By Design Umbrellas must be closed in extreme windy conditions or with any threat of inclement weather conditions. This warranty does not include any acts of God, weather related damage, failure in securing umbrellas, misuse, vandalism, neglect or wind related damage. Outdoor By Design Warranty 5 Year Limited Commercial Warranty If your aluminum frame fails structurally, or if the finish peels within five (5) years from the original date of purchase, Outdoor By Design will repair or replace the frame in the original color and style, if still available. A similar frame or color will be provided if the original has been discontinued. Outdoor By Design will warrant its furniture for five (5) years from strap breakage when used in a commercial setting, and three (3) years from strap detachment. For a period of 1 year from the original purchase date, for defects in materials or workmanship, Outdoor By Design will repair or replace fabric slings, cushions, straps and woven materials and fabrics. Service for authorized returns will be performed by Outdoor By Design in Sarasota, FL, or a location designated by the company. Parts and labor are included for a period of one (1) year. Outdoor By Design will pay freight costs for the first year in the Continental U.S. not including packaging for a period of one (1) year. A Return Goods Authorization must be obtained and approved from Outdoor By Design Customer Service before returning products to the factory. Outdoor By Design furniture is made with pride in the United States of America. Please note that colors may appear different on your screen than the actual product colors. To see the actual frame, strap, and fabric samples please visit your local dealer. What is not covered by the Commercial Warranty Failure caused by abuse, neglect, or acts of God. Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance. Outdoor By Design recommends quarterly waxing of your furniture to assist in the products longevity. Failure or neglect to make these needed cleanings may cause the paint to blister and will void the warranty. Seaside use: Due to the demands of salt air, Outdoor By Design recommends weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation to help prevent oxidization. Furniture submerged in chlorine or salt pool water. Normal fading of finish, fabrics, woven materials or straps. Damage caused by bleach, ammonia, sun tan lotions, or abrasive cleaners. All cracks or breaks in extrusion caused by freeze damage Freight damage (See How To Obtain Service) Sling distortion Glass or acrylic table tops Umbrellas Natural stone tops, other than manufacturer defects How to obtain service Request assistance from your local representative. Outdoor By Design Freight Policy FREIGHT All orders are shipped FOB Sarasota, Florida. ROUTING Unless specific routing is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of our traffic department. CLAIMs DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. If there is any obvious damage at the time of delivery, this must be noted on the freight bill. If concealed damage is discovered when the cartons are unpacked, the carrier must be notified immediately with a claim form filed to collect damages. All damages must be reported within 15 days of delivery. RETURNS No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by the factory and returned freight prepaid.
