Does IT2Industry have a supporting program? The special combination of a trade fair and an Open Conference gives trade visitors an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the exhibitors' products and services. The Open Conference features lectures, panel discussions and keynotes from prominent personalities. IT2Industry bundles best-practice examples and innovations on the latest hot topics as they relate to the industrial Internet of Things. How can I subscribe to the IT2Industry Newsletter? IT2Industry sends out a newsletter on a regular basis that informs you about all the topics that pertain to the fair and the Open Conference. You can subscribe to the newsletter free of charge here. Please note, that the newsletter is only sent out in German. Am I allowed to bring my dog onto the exhibition grounds of Messe München? No, according to Messe München s house and user rules it is not allowed to bring animals onto the exhibition grounds with the exception of guide dogs and other assistance dogs. Exhibitor questions What participation alternatives are available to exhibitors? As an exhibitor, there are various participation alternatives to choose from for a suitable presence at IT2Industry. Participation alternatives IT2Industry@automatica How can I register to exhibit at IT2Industry? To participate in IT2Industry, you must complete and sign the application form. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. You will receive your stand proposal approximately 6 months before the beginning of the respective fair. May co-exhibitors exhibit at our stand? And if so, how can they register? Exhibitors may register co-exhibitors at their stand. The application form for coexhibitors must be completed and signed by the main exhibitor. A mandatory communications fee of EUR 435* will be charged for each co-exhibitor. Coexhibitors will also be charged a registration fee of EUR 250*. All co-exhibitors enjoy the same benefits as main exhibitors, i.e. they are listed as independent exhibitors in the exhibition catalog and the online exhibitor directory. * All prices subject to VAT What is the difference between a co-exhibitor and an additionally represented company? A co-exhibitor is any company that has its own personnel and its own products or services on display at a main exhibitor's stand. That includes companies from the same group of companies as the main exhibitor as well as subsidiaries. The application form must be signed by the main exhibitor. An additionally represented company is any company whose products or services are sold by a main exhibitor without the company having its own personnel at the exhibition stand. Please keep in mind that sales organizations that exhibit the products of various manufacturers must register those manufacturers as additionally represented companies. What additional services can exhibitors order? Exhibitors can order a diverse range of additional services. Do you need assistance preparing for the fair or with technical equipment? Do you need to order additional exhibitor passes or advertising materials for the fair? You may order these and other services online at any time in our Exhibitor Shop. Exhibitor Shop IT2Industry@automatica How many exhibitor passes do I receive as an exhibitor? Each exhibitor receives a specific quantity of free exhibitor passes for his stand for the duration of the fair. Stand sizes up to 20 square meters: 3 passes Stand sizes over 20 square meters: 1 additional pass for each additional 20 square meters or portion thereof Additional exhibitor passes will be available at the online Exhibitor Shop as of the summer of 2017 for a fee of EUR 34 each. Exhibitor passes must be personalized and are only intended for stand personnel. They may not be passed on to third parties. In the event of unauthorized use, MMI is entitled to confiscate the exhibitor pass. Please note: Having co-exhibitors/additionally represented companies at your stand does not increase the number of exhibitor passes. What are online vouchers for one-day tickets? An online voucher for a one-day ticket is a free admission voucher for your customers. You can order these vouchers in our online Exhibitor Shop and use them for your professional invitation and contact management. A free voucher is an attractive incentive for your customers to visit your exhibition stand. Exhibitors have access to an unlimited number of vouchers without incurring any costs, even when they are redeemed! When journalists from around the world visit the fair, the first place that they go is the Press Center. Everything that they need to work is available there. Details about the Press Center are available here. How can I get accredited? There are two ways to get accredited: Online accreditation Online accreditation is possible approximately four months before the beginning of the fair. When you register in advance, you will receive a free press pass by e-mail. Accreditation at the fair During the show, you can have yourself accredited at the Press Center. Publishing companies can display their publications at the international trade journal stand or place them in press boxes at IT2Industry free of charge.
