Mutual statement of F. Tuđman and A. Izetbegović (Zagreb/Sarajevo, 15.6.1992) - source: Vjesnik, 16.6.1992 "Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina expresses its gratitude to the Republic of Croatia for the rendered humanitarian assistance and the acceptance and providing for a large number of refugees, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina who were forced to leave their centuries old homes escaping from the inhuman and vandalic attacks of the Serbian, Montenegro and Tchetnick armed forces. 3. Republic of Croatia supports the Bosnia and Herzegovina efforts to preserve its independence and combat the aggression. Thus, the Republic of Croatia is rendering help to this effect and will continue to do so. 4. Both presidents express their full agreement to find a political solution for the relations in Bosnia and Herzegovina only after the war, on the principle of equality of the three Bosnia and Herzegovina constitutional nations."

Letter of the President F. Tuđman to the President A. Izetbegović (Zagreb, 6.7.1992) - source: Vjesnik, 7.7.1992. "Some Unitarian and unitaristic tendencies in the parts of the Moslem leadership, causing the unpreparedness of Bosnia and Herzegovina for an efficient defence, contributed to the feeling of being endangered. Owing to this fact, some initiatives were voiced among the Croatians in Bosnia and Herzegovina, to unite the areas inhabited by Croatians in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Republic of Croatia. It is a known fact the Republic of Croatia Supreme Leadership answered to these initiatives with the recommendation to search for political solutions after the end of the war, by discussions between the representatives of all three nations, in accordance with the suggestions of the European Community Conference on the Organization of the Bosnia and Herzegovina as a sovereign state of all three constitutional nations."

Republic of Croatia (RH) and BiH on Friendship and Cooperation (Zagreb, 21.7.1992, signed by F. Tuđman and A. Izetbegović) - source: Novi Vjesnik, 2.7.1992. "3. The State Delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina expresses the gratitude to the Republic of Croatia for receiving and providing for the refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina even beyond and above its possibilities... 6. The armed part of the Croatia Council for Defence is an integral part of the united armed forces of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina... The interim civil authority, arising from the war conditions within the Croatian Council for Defence, will be coordinated as soon as possible with the constitutional system of Bosnia and Herzegovina... 8. Chairman of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency and the President of the Republic of Croatia call, following the fact that the Serbian and Montenegrian armed forces continue its aggression against the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and also, to a great extent, against the Republic of Croatia, upon the international community, specially the United Nations Organization and the United States of America, to undertake actual and efficient measures in order to stop the aggression against those two states, in order to prevent the further human victims, the persecution and the exodus of its citizens and the demolition of material property."

Message of the RH President F. Tuđman to the BiH President A. Izetbegović (Zagreb, 10.5.1993) - source: Večernji list, 11.5.1993). "Utterly disturbed and worried by the repeated and intensified conflict between the Croatians and the Moslems in some parts of the BiH... I sharply condemn the conflicts between the Croatians and the Moslems in BiH, regardless of the fact who caused it. I call you to do your utmost in order to stop these conflicts immediately, in order to secure the cooperation between the Moslem and the Croatian armed forces, that is, the BiH Army and the HVO in their mutual fight against the Serbian aggressor... I also call on all Croatians in the BiH not to allow themselves to be tricked by provocations and to do everything in their power in order to avoid this damaging conflict."

House of Representatives with the Croatian Parliament: Resolution on the Foreign Policy Implementation (Zagreb, 2.2.1994) - source: Vjesnik, 3.2.1994 "7. The Parliament House of Representatives condemns sharply, once again, all crimes and all procedures contrary to the international war and humanitarian laws, regardless of the fact whose side did these crimes... not one side nor one nation have the right to, in no sense whatsoever, usurp Bosnia and Herzegovina."
