TARIFFS 2018 FOR A RENTAL ACCOMODATION «COTTAGE» ARRIVAL FROM 4PM AND DEPARTURE BEFORE 10 AM The applicable urist tax is a supplement. Dogs are exceptionally allowed in the rentals, subject compliance with basic hygiene rules (concerning fur). Dogs should never be left alone inside the mobile home, or on a camping pitch. The supplement for a dog in a rental is of 3 per night. In low season, arrivals and departures are possible every day of the week, subject availabilities. Please contact us for availabilities. Rental periods are flexible in April, May, June and September. For stays that end on 7th July at the latest and all stays that star from 18th August, you ll benefit from a 10 % discount for a stay of 2 consecutive weeks, a discount of 15 % for 3 weeks and 20 % for 4 weeks. Cancellations must be notified in writing. WARRANTY DEPOSIT: For the rental accommodations, a warranty deposit of 100 is asked upon arrival. It includes damage material and the cleanliness of the accommodation, and will be handed back you by the end of your stay, after deduction of costs for possible missing or broken items. In case the rental is not left in a clean state, an amount of 50 will be held back from the warranty deposit. The warranty deposit is not a limit liability; the tenant must have public liability insurance. In case of litigation, only the Commercial Court of Saint-Brieuc will be competent.
