2. What is the validity period of the above offer? Fly For Free offer is valid from 10th September to 30th November 2017. 3. Who is eligible for the Fly for Free promotion? Fly For Free offer is valid for all customers applying from 10th September to 30th November 2017, and have opted-in for the promotion based on the eligible products. The offer is not valid for renewal, replacement cards or customers who have canceled and reapplied for a card in the last six months. 4. What are the key highlights of the promotion? The key highlights of the promotion is as below: Free for Life Credit Card ( Free for First Year for Business Card). Free return flight to select destinations number of destinations determined by the product type All other benefits applicable on the product type chosen. No Rewards Earnings for the first 3 months of the campaign period. Upon qualification, customer gets a voucher code to book his travel. Travel is arranged by a third party and booking is through a third party site. Customer to do required confirmations to the provider within the specified timelines to ensure booking is confirmed. Voucher issued is in the customer s name and is non-transferrable and non-refundable and is for one time use within 30 days of receipt. Travel Voucher will be emailed to the customers registered email within 45 days of achieving the spend amount. The travel voucher is not recommended for Emergency or a fixed date travel. Expired vouchers cannot be re-validated under any circumstances. Cancelation of the card prior to one year of the card boarding will attract a cancelation fees of AED 500. 5. What is the eligibility for the Fly For Free travel voucher codes? To be eligible to receive the voucher code cardholder must achieve the spend requirement, as per the specific product type, within the first 3 months of the card issuance and card account should not be in delinquent status. Cardholders will be excluded from receiving the vouchercodes even if the qualifying criteria is met but the card account is in delinquent status. II. POST BOARDING, ACTIVATION & INITIAL SPENDS TO QUALIFY 6. Which type of spends qualify for the promotion? The travel voucher will be awarded only for domestic and international retail spends made in the first 3 months. Spends on both primary and supplementary cards qualify as eligible spends. Cash Transactions (including transactions deemed to be cash transactions), Late Payment Charges, Finance Charges, Joining Fee, Annual Membership Fee, Credit Vouchers, Balance Transfer Bookings, Dial-a-cheque, any internal calculations, etc. are excluded for cumulative retail spends calculation.

Transactions that are reversed or canceled will not account towards the spend requirements. Voucher codes will not be awarded to card accounts which fall short of the required retail spends due to reversal or cancellation of transactions. Reversal of transaction after the voucher code has been issued to cardholder will result in equivalent fee towards the cost of travel voucher being debited to the cardholder s card account. 7. Is there a specific criteria to be met before issuance of Travel Codes? Yes as per below: Card should be used for retail spends as per the criteria specified for each card type Cards should not be overdue for payments or in inactive status. Offer is not applicable on renewal & replacement cards. Late Payment Charges, Finance Charges, Joining Fee, Annual Membership Fee, Cash Transactions, Credit Vouchers, Balance Transfer Bookings, Dial-a-Cheque, any internal calculations, etc. are excluded from calculation of spends threshold. 8. Is there any change in the applicable Fee on the cards? There is no change in the fee applicable for the cards. Under the Fly For Free offer the card will be Free For Life for all non-cobranded cards and First year Free for the Business Credit card (excluding the Emirates Business Rewards card). 9. During the first 3 months of the promotion do I receive any reward points? By opting into the Fly for free promotion, you agree to not receiving reward points for your spends in the first 3 months of card issuance. Instead you will receive guaranteed return flight voucher to a selection of destinations of your choice depending on the card type and the spend threshold met. 10. When will I start earning reward points? You will start earning reward points for all retail spends based on the product type after 90 days of subscription, from the end of the Fly for free promotion period. III.REWARD FULFILLMENT PROCESS 11. When will I receive the travel codes? You will receive the travel codes by email within 45 days of achieving the required spend threshold. 12. What should I do once I receive the travel code? a. Once you achieve the retail spend required for the respective card, you will receive a travel voucher code by email to your registered email address this will be sent by the first week of the following month. b. Within 30 days of receiving the travel code, please visit (www.tbc.com), and complete the online application (name and e-mail), select departure airport and three chosen destinations along with three dates of travel. You also need to enter your unique travel code to avail the free flights. Please note: The proposed travel dates should be in different months and thirty (30) days apart from each other. After receiving the application, based on availability, a personalized confirmation by email will be sent to you within 7 days.

The email confirmation will contain a personalized link, which you need to click on to complete details (including passport information) pertaining to yourself as well as any additional passengers and upload the passport copies of all passengers. This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the email d. On completion of document submission, you will receive the final flight offer by email within 14 calendar days. e. On receipt of the flight offer, you must notify the Agent within 48 hours (flights can t be held longer and no availabilities can be guaranteed thereafter), as to whether you wish to accept the offer. f. Once the offer has been accepted, you will receive the e-ticket and confirmation. If there are any additional passengers or cost for additional services your flight will be booked after payment for the additional services has been taken. The Agent will contact you to take payment via email or phone. 13. Do I have to pay any other charges as part of the booking? The following charges are included as part of the promotion offer for eligible customers: the cardholder s carrier base fare, taxes, passenger duty, fuel surcharges, service charge, and airport fee. All other costs associated with the flight must be borne by the cardholder and are excluded fromthe promotional offer. Such other costs include, but are not limited to: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) Any baggage or other charges made in connection with the flight or in addition to the fare. Any insurance and / or visa charges. Any additional fees for card payments. Any fees for hotel, car hire, airport transfers, taxis, car park, seat upgrade, food and drink, visas, immigration documents or any other additional services. 14. Can I include other passengers in the same booking? Absolutely, you may add up to three (3) companion passengers to the application and enter their personal details in the online application form. By accepting the flight offer the cardholder may also accept the price offer in respect of any companion passengers included in the same application and listed in the flight offer. The Participant must pay for the companion ticket(s) with the Emirates NBD credit card. 15. Which departure airports are included in this offer? The following airports of departure are available in the UAE: (i) Dubai (ii) Abu-Dhabi

16. Can I choose a different airport? The airport destinations are dependent on the departure airport, and not all destinations are available from all listed points of departures. The availability of flights may be limited depending on the chosen destination or travel time. The choice of carrier is at the sole discretion of the Service Provider. The cardholder is not entitled to demand a particular carrier, route or travel date. 17. Is the offer available on all days, including holidays? All flights are subject to booking availability. This promotional offer is not valid for journeys over Eid, on Christmas Day and New Year s Day. Some periods (e.g. religious and school holidays) and dates may be restricted depending on the chosen destination and travel time. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays. 18. Is there any limitations for the offer s usage? Each free flight application is limited for a single use. The right of a free flight is valid per person, booking and flight. Only one (1) free flight can be redeemed per person and household. Free flights cannot be used in combination with each other. 19. Can I choose the airline or route? This promotional offer does not entitle the cardholder to travel via a particular route, carrier or on a particular date and the cardholder may be offered an alternative destination or travel date to the one requested. 20. When should I do the booking, and for how many days? All travel (departure and return) must be completed within 11 months from the time of booking. The minimum stay is three (3) calendar days. The maximum stay is thirty (30) calendar days. For reasons of availability of your requested flight, your application must be received at least 45 days before your first travel date (first given departure date). The three travel dates must be at least 30 days apart from each other. The free flight offer is not valid for journeys over Eid and on Christmas Day and New Year s Day. The availability of flights may also be restricted by special events, trade fairs or local holidays. 21. What happens if I need to cancel the booking? No changes or cancellations can be made once the e-ticket has been issued. In case of emergency, the ticket can be cancelled, however there will be no refund. Both Emirates NBD and the organiser do not accept liability for changes to flight schedules, routes or destinations, customer emergency, or missed flights; and reserve the right to use other service providers as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of god, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation. The right of the cardholder and any person travelling with the Participant to claim compensation is subject to carrier regulatory provisions. Both Emirates NBD and organiser are not liable for compensation related to failures by the carrier.

22. Can I exchange this offer against cash? No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Each promotion offer is limited for a single use and only one (1) free flight may be redeemed per person, booking and flight. 23. Can I transfer the travel code/booking or book for someone else? Code and confirmations received are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made for by third party, and flights may not be booked by third party. 24. Do I have to submit proof of purchase (if any)? The Service Provider reserves the right to request a proof of promotion enrollment from the Participant. Service Provider reserves the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the Participant s compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to refuse to award a flight or withdraw flight entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means. 25. Do I have to upload my passport details? Yes. You will need to upload your passport and the passports of all passengers travelling in the second step of your application. All passports need to be valid for at least 6 months from the return date of any flight. 26. Will I receive promotional emails from the service provider? Personal data captured during the course of the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes. 27. What happens if I lost the travel code/booking information? Both Emirates NBD and the organiser shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off. It is the cardholder s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. Both Emirates NBD and the organiser will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility. 28. If I have an issue or query about the service, who should I contact? Participants who have queries or feedback about the promotion may contact the Service Provider using the contact form on the campaign website www.fly-for-free.com or alternatively call by phone or email the Service Provider at the corresponding address.

29. How do I amend my booking information? Cardholders acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement, will cause the cardholder to lose his/her right to receive the free flight ticket without liability incurred to Emirates NBD and / or the organiser. You may contact the Service Provider using the contact form on the campaign website www.fly-for-free, or alternatively call or email the Service Provider at the corresponding address for further clarification. 30. Which destinations can I travel to? What is the minimum and maximum stay at my destination? The maximum stay at your destination is 30 days. The minimum stay is 3 days. 32. Can I give my free flight away to a friend or partner? No. Vouchers are personal and non-transferable. Bookings cannot be requested or made by third parties and flights may not be booked by third parties using the name of the participant. 33. What class of ticket is provided? The offered ticket is Economy class. Should you wish any other class, please send a request to the Organizer, who can inform you about the cost to upgrade to a different class, where this is possible. 34. Is there a cash alternative to my flight voucher? No. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value. 35. My Friend has also been qualified for the promotion, can we fly together? No. Booking will vary based on the 3 selected dates & 3 destinations for each cardholder, hence the possibility of flying together cannot be accommodated. You can only use one travel voucher for each cardholder. 36. Can I change or cancel my offer/booking? No changes or cancellations can be made once the e-ticket has been issued. In case of emergency, the ticket can be cancelled, however there will be no refund. 37. I have received my travel code but haven t used it. Since I have not received any reward points for my retail spends and I have not used my travel code can I get the reward points back Unfortunately if the travel codes are not used the codes gets forfeited and no other alternatives can be provided. Also basis the Opt-in clause you have signed for, rewards accrued for the 90 days will be forfeited as well.

IV. TRAVEL RELATED 38. I wish to take a stopover at a place on route to my destination. Is this possible? No, this is not possible. 39. My parents who will accompany me for the travel, for whom I will purchase the tickets, need special assistance. What should I do? Please contact the organiser with the requirement. Such assistance is not guaranteed and will depend upon availability and carriers rules. 40. Can I gift my voucher to my spouse? Voucher cannot be gifted to anyone. 41. I did not get the confirmation mail for the registration. What should I do? Please contact the organizer using the contact form on the campaign website www.fly -for-free.com or email at fly-for-free@inspireemail.co.uk for the confirmation mail. 42. I missed confirming the offer within 48 hours. What should I do now? If confirmation was not received within 48 hours, then the offer will no longer be valid. 43. I lost my luggage / there was delay in flight at the originating airport. What should I do now? This promotion does not cover any emergencies. Specific carrier rules will be apply. Promotor OR organiser will not be held responsible. Please contact the representatives of the airline you flew with at the airport. 44. Can I chose a destination which is of lower cost / flight hours, from the list of destinations I am eligible for? You will be given 3 options with 3 different dates, based on which the organiser will confirm one of them. You cannot change the destination once chosen and submitted 45. Can I take two primary cards and get two travel vouchers? No, you cannot. Booking will vary based on the 3 selected dates & 3 destinations for each cardholder, hence the possibility of flying together cannot be accommodated. You can only use one travel voucher for each primary cardholder. 46. What if I take a primary card along with my wife applying for another one in her own way can we club our vouchers and travel together? You cannot club vouchers for two primary cardholders. 47. I accidently deleted the email which had the voucher code. What should I do now? Please contact us in order to retrieve the code and resend it to your registered email. 48. I accidently deleted the email which had the e-ticket. What should I do now? Please contact the organiser using the contact form on the campaign website www.fly-for-free.com or email at fly-for-free@inspireemail.co.uk to retrieve the e-ticket mail.

49. I do not like the flight confirmation you have send me. The timings / carrier / schedule does not suit me? Once the ticket is issued, it cannot be changed. 50. Can I upgrade my ticket to business / first class? Subject to availability, and by paying the difference in fare, this can be done. Please contact the organiser and make this arrangement. 51. Will I get a direct flight OR will I be issued stop over flights with long layovers? A direct flight is very likely to most destinations but the organiser can t guarantee this, as not all destinations are available nonstop from all airports. In case the organiser offers a flight with a stopover, it will always be a marketed connection meaning only connections the airline itself is offering as one flight to the final destination. V. MISCELLANEOUS 52. How do I know I am enrolled for the program? Will I get a confirmation email? Can I downgrade to a lower product if I have originally opted for a higher product? No, you cannot downgrade your card to a lower product for one year, from the date of application.

I have an existing card with Emirates NBD. Can I apply for another card and be part of the program? You can apply for another card, subject to incremental limit eligibility. 60.
