FADE IN: EXT. ABORTION CLINIC - DAY. Sign reads(picayune ABORTION CLINIC) INT. WAITING ROOM - DAY. NURSE We are ready for you MISS. WINTERS MISS WINTERS a woman of 25 gets up and follows the nurse. EXT. HOUSE - NIGHT. The car turns into the driveway and parks, Jane Winters gets out and stands for a moment before entering her home. INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT. Jane enters the living room flipping on a light switch puts her bag and keys on a table. Jane walks to the kitchen and goes about making her some tea. INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT. Jane is sitting on the couch blankly staring at the tv, the phone RINGS Jane picks up the phone. Hello. (pause) Hi Beth. (pause) Yes I told what I was going to do, and he just looked at me real funny and walked off. (pause) Not a word. (sniffles) Let me call you later. Jane hangs up and gets a tissue and starts sobbing.

2. INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT. Jane is asleep on the sofa the light from the tv plays across her face. A baby CRY is heard, Jane starts to stir, another CRY louder and Janes eyes open and she listens. Jane sits up and another CRY with SOBBING, Jane gets up and looks down the hall to a closed door. Jane opens the door. INT. BEDROOM - NIGHT. Jane turning on the light sees a baby on the bed. Jane plops to the floor out cold. A pair of legs comes in to frame and followed by a hand reaching down to pick her up, we follow the legs to the couch as Jane is laid on the couch. DISSOLVE TO: EXT. HOUSE - MORNING. Jane comes out of the house and stops to bask in the morning sun. A car pulls up and her friend COSGROVE a woman in her late 20 s well dress gets out. Jane runs toward her and hugs her. God you look awful. Rough night. EXT. WOODS - DAY. Looking toward the house as the two woman head in a pair of legs comes into frame. INT. KITCHEN - DAY. So you haven't heard from Henry?

3. (making coffee) Not yet. So what happen last night? Jane stops what she is doing and turns toward Beth. I think its happening again. (puzzle look) What? Jane sitting down across from Beth. I saw and heard something. Saw and heard what? Crying and saw a baby laying on my bed. (taking Janes hands into hers) Sweetie are you sure. Will I was asleep on the couch and the crying woke me up I got up and went to the bedroom and on the bed was a baby, then I passed out. But I woke up on the couch. There you go you had a bad nightmare is all. I suppose your right. Jane gets up and finish making the coffee. Did you ever tell Henry about what happen after your parents died?

4. Yes I did, but the time I spent in the mental hospital did not seem to bother him. EXT. HOUSE - NIGHT. The door opens and the two woman walks out to the car. You sure you do not want me to stay? I can you know. No I will be fine. Beth reach for the door of the car and turns and hugs Jane. Call me if you need anything. I will. Beth gets in and Jane watches the car lights drive out of sight, she turns and looks at her house and sees a child size silhouette in the living room window. Jane runs into the house. INT. LIVING ROOM - NIGHT. Jane enters the room and looks around there is nothing. Jane grabs the phone and starts punching in numbers. Come on Henry pick up. (CONT D) Dame it Henry why wont you answer. Jane turns off the phone and puts it back on the table. The phone RINGS Jane picking it up sees its Henry. (CONT D) Hello Henry?. (voice on the phone) Hi baby sorry I could not answer.

5. How come I haven't heard from you? (voice on phone) I m sorry when you told me what you were going to do I was in shock. Can you come over? I need to see and talk with you. (voice on phone) I wish I could but I got a last minute call to work on the effects on a movie so I had to go. Were are you? (voice on phone) In Florida at least a few more days and when I get back will get together. Promise? (voice on phone) I got to go bye. Henry? VOICE (on phone a little girl) Why mommy? Hello, Henry, hello? Jane turns off the phone looks at it and puts it on the table. Jane heads to the bathroom. INT. BATHROOM. Jane enters and turns on the shower checking the water and exit.

6. INT. BEDROOM. Jane enters and turning on the light looks around, going to her closet pulls out a robe and starts to undress. INT. BATHROOM. The the room is full of steam as Jane enters and heads to the shower. Jane enters the shower putting her face under the fall of the water and enjoying it with her eyes close. Jane turns her head to the shower door and sees a young girl face looking at her. Jane screams and almost falls, opening up the shower door looking around and nothing except on the mirror is written, WHY MOMMY. Jane grabs her robe and throws it on as she exit. INT. LIVING ROOM. - NIGHT. Jane grabs the phone, her keys and phone RINGS its Beth. Beth I VOICE (on phone) Mommy why? Beth? VOICE (on phone) Mommy help me. Jane lets out a scream and throws the phone. Jane heads to the door and opens it only to see a little girl standing there. Jane back away terrified, LITTLE GIRL Mommy help me. Jane takes off running to the kitchen.

7. INT. KITCHEN - NIGHT. Jane grabs a knife out of the butcher block on the counter turning with the knife in hand looks to the living room there is nothing. Jane is crying as she heads back to the living room. EXT. HOUSE - NIGHT. Were are looking into the house from the front door as Jane comes into view she is looking around. Jane exit the house slowly looking all around, seeing nothing she heads for the car and gets in. INT. CAR - NIGHT. Jane closes the car door throws the knife on the dash and is trying to get the key in the ignition and looks up. The little girl is in front of the car. Jane lets out a SCREAM and try s to turn the car on nothing. Jane hits the steering wheel CUSSING and try s again. VOICE (filling the car) Mommy it hurt I felt it. Jane puts her head down and is crying. Jane hears a TAPPING on the passenger window and the little girl is looking in. Jane looks up and sees the little girl looking at her. (screams) Go way, leave me alone. EXT. CAR - NIGHT Jane opens the door and gets out of the car ad stops reaches in and gets the knife. Jane takes off back to the house.

8. INT. HOUSE - NIGHT Jane runs in and closes the door. Jane laying her head on the door locking it crying hard and cant seem to catch her breath. There is a loud BANGING on the door. Jane back away crying. Please I'm sorry. Jane back her self into a corner and lays down in a fetal position closing her eyes. LITTLE GIRL Mommy! Mommy! Jane opens her eyes and the little girl is standing in front of her. Jane lets out a SCREAM. EXT. HOUSE - DAY. There are POLICE, EMT and an AMBULANCE as Beth cars pulls up. Beth getting out of her car is met by an male 30. What id going on? We got a 911 this morning about a sick woman. Is she alright? There bring her out now, ah who are you? I m Beth a friend of Jane. Jane is being wheeled out and Beth runs over to her. (crying) She was her I saw her.

9. Honey who was here? My daughter, I told her I was so sorry. Jane is taking to the ambulance and loaded up as Beth looks on as the Officer comes up to Beth. Excuse me, I need to ask you some questions. Sure. Do you know were her daughter is? She has no daughter, she just had an abortion a few days ago. The Officer writes something down in a note book (CONT D) You said you got a call? 911 did. Did they say from who? (paging through his notebook) Not a name said it sounded like a child a little girl. EXT. WOODS - DAY. We see a silhouette of a man watching from the woods turns and heads to a van and opens the side door a little girl is setting in the van. LITTLE GIRL Well how did I do uncle Henry? You did great honey, we made a really good movie.

10. LITTLE GIRL YEAH, when can I watch it? I still have to do some work on it and then you can watch it. Why don t you get up front so we can go. INT. VAN - DAY. We can see the monitors and it is the inside of Janes house. The man starts to turn everything off. On the last monitor we see a loop of Jane lying on the floor sobbing. (looking at the screen) Abort my child will you. Henry reaches over and turns of the monitor. FADE TO BLACK. THE END.
